The food is fantastic! I love that they offer a gluten free bun that is delicious and not just something that will suffice. The service is wonderful! As far as atmosphere, it's aesthetically so great, it's just a little loud with the music and people talking loudly over the music. The food is so great, though, I'll definitely be back!
With a vibrant atmosphere and diverse menu options for various dietary needs, this spot is a crowd favorite for its delicious dishes and welcoming vibe.

So happy to see that you do a gluten free menu as my daughter is coeliac and sometimes it’s hard to find somewhere that caters to her! Food was delicious and service was excellent
Expect delicious options but be ready for potentially slow service that might require some extra patience.

Order wasn't right on the pizza for my son, disappointed on the attention to detail, requested gluten free with meat extras on his pizza, got a gluten free and vegan pizza. Not many deserts available so was disappointed there too. Tried to charge for missing items, but bill was adjusted to the correct amount
Expect a welcoming vibe with attentive service, a diverse menu, and a commitment to accommodating various dietary needs.

Lovely meal, but particularly impressed by the service from our waiter, Charlie N. We asked about coeliac friendly options and he was very clued in, went to speak to the kitchen to double check out options. Very reassuring to see that, really instills confidence. Food was very tasty and well presented.
A real gem in Hereford. Varied, imaginative and inclusive menu suitable for gluten free and vegetarian diets. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. You will need to book, this is a very popular place. We never go anywhere else now, love it!
A chill spot perfect for relaxing with friends while enjoying tasty offerings and awesome breakfast loyalty deals.

Went through the usual rigmarol of saying that I'm Coeliac and allergic to diary (seriously - it's not a fad). Ordered soup - when it arrived in a very shallow bowl with a burnt gluten free roll and diary butter was told to "enjoy": Had to ask for a spoon... Note to staff - if you really want customers it's best to listen to them and treat them well - as you would want to be - surely?
Really lovely, small and cosy cafe with great produce which shines through in its food. We had a sour dough chilli chicken sandwich, a coronation chicken bagette, a salted caramel brownie for the kids, a couple of juice boxes and a flat white and a mocha.
Table service was excellent and out waitress was very efficient. The food and drink came very fast despite being almost full and the food was delicious. The flat white was the best I'd had, probably because it was a James Gourmet blends from Ross on Wye ( a favourite of mine).
Overall a great, family friendly, cafe perfect for a light bite.
Extra note: although we had no dietary requirements some of their food is also gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.
A convenient spot with app-based ordering, but some miss the charm of traditional service for the price you pay.

It does what it says on the tin
Great if you're coeliac too. My only issue is, when you order your food via the app in the restaurant, it asks you do you want to give a tip. Well no, we haven't had the good yet or anything. The service and food could be awful. Ask for a tip at the end! I think it's very unfriendly to order food using an app. If prefer a waiter/waitress take my order. For the price you pay, you do ll the work placing the order.
Charming spot with a nice ambiance, known for delicious, hearty meals and a variety of tasty options that keep everyone happy.

We had the worst breakfast this morning as a very rare treat for my partner. No gluten free option due to a broken dryer and both my gluten free bread and my partners sourdough were burnt mine tasted like charcoal and his was black and rock hard. Poor breakfast and unprofessional chef came out to complain she didn’t know what my bread order was but still managed to get my partners order wrong as he did not ask for sourdough and also got given mushrooms when he had asked for none. Very disappointing will not be returning.
A local gem with an extensive menu offering more variety for dining in than takeout, perfect for those seeking unique options.

We live locally, so normally grab a tasty takeaway and take it home, but we ate in the restaurant recently and it was excellent - both food and service and would definitely recommend.
Myself and one other required gluten free options and there was loads of choice - way more than on the takeaway menu - we were delighted! Think we'll eat in the restaurant a bit more because of this, but also hoping we might see some more GF items added to the takeaway menu soon. Thanks all.
With a standout waiter and delicious broth, this spot promises a wonderful atmosphere that keeps people coming back for more.

Visited a few times over last few years.
Food is always delicious, fresh, well presented.
Couple who run it are a friendly and engaging team - they said they also run a food night at their local pub, weekly maybe.
Choice of food without dairy and low gluten, wheat free options, makes it an easy place for me to visit. I think I spoke to them about allergies etc. previously, and they were happy to help, which makes it easier to keep coming back.
Best quiche I've ever tasted with a mountain of super tasty herby dressed salad. I didn't know what half the unusual leaves were but they were good, as was the cake, super crispy tasty looking pizza on the table next door, service, eclectic decor, ethical sourcing and all round experience. It had vegan, gluten free etc. options but didn't judge if you opted for free range bacon or extra cream with your apple cake, which we did.
Experience a modern Italian vibe with a lively atmosphere, tasty dishes, and a solid drinks selection that keeps diners coming back for more!

Really great experience at Cotto last night! Being coeliac with dairy and egg intolerance I did not expect a lot in an Italian restaurant but I've had a fantastic 3-course meal, including seafood salad, pasta & sausage ragu (the ragu was amazing) and surprisingly a dessert - chocolate ice-cream with vegan whipped cream and blackcurrant compote😋
My husband's 'regular' dishes were very tasty too . We loved the vibe of this place - it feels like a modern Italian place in London - it has the buzz, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a good selection of wines and other alcohol too. Highly recommend it!
Took our parents here for bank holiday lunch and it was absolutely great. The food was hot and tasty has a good variety and has a specific gluten free menu as well as a range of vegan options. I had the mega chicken sharing starter as a main course and loved it. Highly recommended.
