i came here with a friend for a catchup and a coffee and the staff were absolute angels. first off they took my order (i have a gluten allergy) at the bar and even got a manager to ensure it went through properly. they brought our food over and it was lovely! i have eaten at the lounges many times in different locations and they are always SO on it with allergies from my experience. we got a GF cheesecake to share and they again got a manager to put it through the till for me. after we ate we decided to try and do a puzzle (they have games and books available!) and due to time constraint we couldnt finish it and so i asked if i could buy it off them! without hesitation the manager said i could keep it. i had such a good day here, they are so attentive and sweet. i dont know their names but it was a lovely lady with a moomin tattoo, a girl in a pink shirt w a scottish accent and a really chill dude wearing all black w a beard. thank you!!!!🤍

The kindest welcoming staff, we brought my daughter here who’s 1 and she played in the soft play and the park outside! I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the food. Such a good gluten free pizza!! John and Kate were extremely lovely and welcoming. We will back! Thank you xx

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Kite at the Red Hart in November 2024. The team made the wedding planning process incredibly easy and stress-free. They liaised with suppliers and communication was great. We had the option of having specific beer/wine/cocktails which was a lovely touch. The team also had wedding signage made for us in our particular style. These details made it so special and bespoke. The venue is stunning, very modern yet very cosy and intimate which was exactly what we wanted. We were able to officially get married at the venue in their upstairs ceremony room which is beautifully decorated. Our guests said the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and we certainly agree! We wanted particular canapés which the chef happily accommodated and it was all delicious. We also had the chance to meet the chef to discuss options for the main food and grazing table which was beautifully presented (and tasted amazing!). They catered to various dietary restrictions including gluten free, vegan and allergies. We had live music and a dance floor area with the bar nearby which was perfect for the evening reception and party! There were so many drink options available and an amazing cocktail menu. The staff on the day of the wedding were outstanding, incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. They made sure all of our guests were looked after and ensured the day flowed perfectly. We would highly recommend this venue if you want a fun, modern, intimate and unique wedding ceremony and reception all in one place!

Great place- visited for the first time. Lovely gluten free sandwich which was stuffed full AND delicious GF carrot cake. A hidden Gem, with lovely staff. I’ll defo be back ❤️🌈☀️

Lovely restaurant, the food is always great! I’ve ate here 3-4 times and never had any issues with gluten free (I have celiac disease so have to be very careful) the staff are very attentive it’s, definitely worth a visit

Went here a week ago as a party of six. The tapas food was excellent, as was the service. They were very accomodating in respect of one of our party being a coeliac. It is a bit pricey but still deserves a 5 star rating.

It's always a pleasure to visit Halseys. A wide range of teas/coffees and freshly cooked food. I definitely recommend the cheesy bubble & squeak and the toasties. Superb cakes. Cater for gluten-free. The staff are always lovely and keep you informed if anything is unavailable òr there's a time delay - they are very popular!

They don't have a huge selection but what they do have is freshly cooked and tasty .most of the menu is gluten free so is good for people with celic .the staff are really friendly.

Really nice cafe. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about allergens. Had a lovely gluten free groundwork’s breakfast with the sausage (gluten containing) substituted for extra bacon.

Excellent coffee the flavour was great. The mocha was not too sweet which is unusual and the cappuccino tasty The vegan peanut blondie was gluten free (the only GF option) but interesting in texture and flavour) the pecan syrup tart was excellent - not too sweet which was again unusual. Being a larger establishment we were able to get seats. There were a lot of stools so maybe not so good for people that would want more support. Overall a great experience

In a very popular road, right in the middle we found this nice coffee shop. Amazing decoration and furniture. Nice atmosphere and services. Lots of young persons at the other side of the counter and not very quick service. Nice display for sweet cakes and a big blackboard for bagels and prices on the wall. Cakes went well during my visit I saw how they disappeared. Everything cost a bit more than other coffee shops but is good to have plant based milk and gluten free options.

Excellent gluten free choices, with details on the menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the gf tasty chicken burger. Normal burgers and chicken dippers also went down well. The atmosphere was good although very loud and extremely busy as the tables are packed in (outside in the covered area). We would have preferred a NON smoking area, however the tables were smaller.

We have been here a few times so far and the food was always good and staff very nice. The place is dog friendly and the floors under the tables are very clean what is great for our dog allergic to gluten. We will come again.
