My wife and I book our holidays locally and without fail we visit Little Bay Cafe. My wife is gluten intolerant and they do excellent brie bacon and cranberry baguettes. In fact we have virtually worked our way through the entire menu and have enjoyed every bite! The coffees are really mellow and prepared properly. The Cornish cream teas are a delight and they have an excellent range of cakes, the Rocky Road is divine. The service is first class. All the staff work hard, and it shows in the quality of service. Having been in the catering industry for over 25 years I feel I'm reasonably qualified to know the true meaning of an excellent service!!

Today was a return visit, having been here two years ago, and just as good as last time! Best coffee, great atmosphere, delicious food (we had banana & maple crěpes) and very friendly staff. Plenty of dairy-free/plant-based cake & ice-cream choices and oat or soya milk & gluten-free options, too. Will be back again, again! 😄

Recommend going for something other than steak, as when the cookings this good, you will be rewarded in letting them show their skills. Not to say it won’t be a great steak…!
What’s really great to see is the effort that goes into the menu for vegetarians, Celiacs. Near every course can be made suitable for various dietary requirements and its clearly shown. Well done 👏

Fantastic food - as well as incredibly delicious, the colour choices for vibrancy were just so attractive! 👌 We shared the extremely tasty vegan 'Buddha bowl' & slow-roasted veg toasted (sourdough) bread. We followed up with a brownie - such a surprise to find something both gluten and dairy-free - perfect with a crisp outside and the gooeyness inside! Coffees, again (we were here yesterday!), just right - I even had frothed hot oak milk, which come in cute mini milk bottles!
We return here every time we come here on holiday and we will be back, both this vacation and another year, I'm sure!

Delicious food today, good gluten free options available. Friendly helpful staff and dog friendly. We had chicken wings to start then beef rigatoni (penne) as GF and lamb shank. Service fantastic, would recommend stopping if your hungry.

Travelled nearly 200 miles only to find kitchen was closed so no food. We especially picked the Crown as the pub had lots of Gluten free options. The pub was in a pretty village and easily accessible from the main road.
Really good, local place, nice seating area tucked out the way really chilled out atmosphere. Staff are super friendly, and there is a great selection of freshly made sandwiches etc available. Gluten free option is catered for with Genius rolls, of which we got two of them per order stuffed with fillings. Highly highly recommended
Visited the Charlestown fish co. a couple of weeks back during a staycation down south. As someone suffering from celiacs disease it is often very difficult to find food that is safe and tasty for me to eat. Boy oh boy, did I hit the jackpot here! Not only was the food delicious, the views amazing and the service great. But I initially sent a message over Facebook enquiring about gluten free options and the response was very quick. I came away from Charlestown fish Co. Happy and full of delicious food!

Came here yesterday with friends for lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good. I had the scallops which were a special. They were lovely and fresh, melting in my mouth as I ate them. They were more than happy to cater to my friends gluten and lactose dietary requirements. The fish finger sandwich was a generous portion with fish fingers made from whole fresh fish and the onion rings were the best we've had. Lovely atmosphere and I'll definitely be returning next time I am back in Cornwall.
