Went as a couple, but could totally bring the kids. Lovely atmosphere, comfortable seating, service was speedy but not pushy. Food was super tasty, well presented, large portions and worth every penny. Would have liked a dessert but there just wasn't space after the main! Grown up drinks available, good variety on the menu and something for everyone. Loads of vegan/gluten free options, too.
A popular spot with a vibrant atmosphere and a varied menu, but be ready for wait times and a chilly vibe inside.

Jasmine our waitress was amazing just because she understood the importance of me not having gluten as I am coeliac. She listened to my request and got the kitchen staff to remove certain aspects of the dish so I could have a meal I wanted. It was so nice to not be treated like a problem because of my medical dietary requirements.
Relaxed and cozy spot with a sophisticated vibe, dog-friendly, and in a great location—perfect for a casual hangout.

Booked a table for breakfast a week prior ot going on Sunday for breakfast , stated on the booking that we required a gluten free menu which we were told wasn't a problem , when we got there we ordered breakfast only to be told they had no gluten free bread available ,now when the bill for 2 breakfast and 2 black coffees cones to about £35 and is expensive for a cooked breakfast you would expect an establishment such as the willow to have something as simple as gluten free bread after all it's supposed to be the top end of local dining amd to be precooked in with a weeks notice you would have thought that they would have got some in as it was my wife was very disappointed that such an establishment could provide this simple ingredient and therefore ruining what shpuld have been a very pleasant morning , not impressed at all to be honest , we expected much better

Our small walking group parked here, did our walk and came in for lunch. It was excellent. The chef came out to discuss with our gluten free friend what she could have and made sure she was accommodated. Very attentive staff, it was all very good and we will be back. And dog friendly too!

Booked in for Mother's Day and cannot fault the food whatsoever. Not very often that you get both vegan AND gluten free options on the menu, especially for a roast dinner. But they delivered. The food was brilliant - from starter to main to pudding. Highly recommended.
A fantastic spot with a surprising variety of options and a cozy vibe, perfect for coffee lovers and those on unique diets alike.

Such a lovely little cafe. I love the fact they have decorated for autumn/Halloween, makes the cafe seem all cosy for the colder months. Would recommend especially to those who are gluten free they have great options for them.

Exceptional service meets show stopping tasty ice cream. As it is my birthday today I decided to treat my self to an ice cream. The ice cream looked heart soaringly nice and to see the GF symbols on almost every flavour. They have a 100% customer service award and this is really deserved from the exceptional service we had received today.I let my server know that I had a gluten allergy when he asked and he brought a separate ice cream for both flavours so there was no cross contamination .Also the salted caramel ice cream was divine,I’ve always wanted to try a Nutella ice cream so I picked it and it was so delicious tasted like no other of the lake nearby was full of that Nutella ice cream I would swim and dive into it.My favourite new ice cream flavour. It was clean too, would highly recommend.
A cozy spot perfect for family gatherings, offering a welcoming vibe and a little room for improvement in bar service.

Lovely place to dine with family. Great choice of gluten free food, not an issue at all. Staff very friendly and polite. Chelsea is a good leader. Only slight issue would be lack of staff on the bar. Definitely will be visiting again.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here last night as today was her graduation from Keele university, the room was lovely and so was the kitchen the staff even catered for her being gluten free. Thank you
Don't go if you need gluten free food. There are no markings on the menu, they were unable to provide a separate allergen menu and when asked if anything was available, the staff just looked at each other blankly. Signs say ask ypur server, what a joke. Not even a basic awareness of food safety. Absolutely shocking.
Renowned for its tender beef baps and a must-try cake, this spot always leaves visitors excited to return.

Went to Trentham today just to eat here. Food ,as usual was top notch, beef on our baps was so tender we didn't need to chew it, an added bonus is gluten free baps always available, thank goodness.Really friendly staff always. The only place I've ever heard my husband say ' that was nice, we'll come here again' What more can I say except, see you again, soon. Only regret was too full to have a piece of cake.
First time that I've been to this one, and I must say that it was the best one in Stoke-on-Trent that has ever presented me with a decent meal. With myself being wheat and gluten free the majority of my meal is just plonked in either a box with bits of salad strewn in and the same with the yellow polystyrene ones, this was in a clear salad container and everything was put together nicely. Thank you McDonald's on Leek New Road 💯 per cent given to you all (it does make a difference you know) and staff were very helpful and friendly too.
Highly recommend this restaurant, as soon as you walk in you feel the love that goes into the food. Delicious vegetarian food with gluten free options available. We can't wait to come again!
The main reason for marking down is due to the lack of facial covering enforcement on both staff and customers.
The menu was good and available to view online prior to visit, there were lots of meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options available.
The Hispi Cabbage was amazing, perfectly cooked and the Creamy Mustard Sauce was to die for. I would also really recommend the Carbonara Tagliatelle With Mushroom.
Unable to comment on meat/fish options as I'm vegetarian however the restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday evening.
Good selection wines and the Ca' Bianca Gavi was beautiful. There were a few lagers on tap but not many craft ales, which was disappointing as I'm a big fan of dark ale.
Disabled access available however the look of the restaurant is not as good as depicted online. It has a very comfortable vibe welcoming all types of customers.
