A usual lounges eatery. We go to them a lot for the gluten free options. First time at this one and no complaints for the food and service. Plenty of tables upstairs, despite arriving on a busy Sunday afternoon. The waitresses were friendly.
What a pub to go - location, relaxed vibes, river views and cold brews to finish it all off. The staff were friendly and the food didn't take long to arrive. We had the Maybush burgers on gluten free buns which were ok, but really lacked enough salad to go with them. We went on Monday afternoon so crowds weren't a problem, but Saturdays and Sundays would be packed here. Loads of parking next to the pub, but I would try to park across the road next time as it would have been way easier to get out of there. If you do park next to the pub and you're trying to leave, don't forget to get out of your car and push the pedestrian button so it triggers the traffic lights to give you the green light! Definitely worthy of a return visit to try something else on their menu.
An excellent meal was had by us all. One meal had to be gluten free as the lady had coeliac disease. It was no problem. We were looked after very well by the staff.
Beautiful place with a cosy intimate atmosphere, and friendly, welcoming staff. They do a decent selection of food, and I'm a coeliac so need gluten free, they're able to cater for this too, so a thumbs up from me.
We ate here on a Monday evening & surprisingly it was quite busy. It was a lovely evening & there was plenty of seating outside.
The food was tasty & the menu catered for gluten free, even hah a gluten free Peroni available
