The pizza is good. They have salads and sandwich options as well. Real plus is they have vegan gluten free crust, which we need. Service is good as well. Prefer this Sluce location to Homewood/Edgewood as the parking at the latter can be very difficult, whereas there is ample parking at the Vestavia location.
Being gluten free, I haven't had a sandwich in almost 5 years, until I discovered the unwich! It's delicious and I get to have sandwiches again. And, as a bonus, the staff is very friendly and fast.
With killer burgers and a fun outdoor vibe, it's a must-visit spot, though the inside could use a bit more energy.

Love the food! So thankful for the gluten free buns- and the burgers are a serious guilty pleasure- just go all out with the double bacon 🙊. The environment is the only downside. Kind of cold and flat inside and they could use some music and pep. Wish it was more fun to hang out in- I never understand why it’s so quiet with such killer food. We always love sitting outside though, especially when there’s music. Other restaurants nearby so it’s a great crowd pleaser!
Good food, average service.
We ordered the Braised Short Ribs and the Daily Special which was a Seafood Risotto that night. My husband has a gluten allergy and thankfully this Short Rib is served gluten free, along with a couple other menu items. My Seafood Risotto was good, but a little bland. Would definitely return to try other menu items.
Service was just okay, but the server lacked any personality. Speed of service was touch and go, but overall seemed like a welcoming place.
