Disappointing pizza experience here. We were stoked to find gluten free pizza, but when we actually ate it, it was a let down. Sparse toppings, bland sauce, and the pizza crust was somewhat soggy.
Definitely not worth $30.
This charming spot offers a relaxed atmosphere with a lovely outdoor patio, seasonal menu, and a unique selection of delicious house-made beverages.

I’ve come a few times now. Delicious every time!I’m gluten-free and they have a gluten-free bread that is homemade and delicious. I’ve had it with the Tartine and now the chicken pesto sandwich and both times it was wonderful. they do toast the bread in the same toaster as the regular bread and the woman at the counter asked if that was OK. For me that’s fine but for those who have celiac it’s nice that they at least asked and maybe you just won’t be able to have your bread toasted.

We were traveling south on February 2024 which ended up being a stormy night so we checked into a hotel to wait it out. We needed Gluten Free Pasta for my partner & nothing would warm me up & calm me down more than a hot juicy Lasagna. Guicho’s Eatery didn't disappoint! On a night where other restaurants were closed because of the rain & flood risk, they were there for take-out. When I got back to the hotel, I ended up
In Italian Heaven. I’ll be back to Carpentera just to eat there & take in more of their delicious food & happy vibe. Thank You!

Consistently great coffee drinks, as well as matcha and other options. Great food options gluten-free and vegan choices for those that need that. Fantastic staff always make you feel welcome.
The cozy ambiance falls flat when it's chilly outside, but the hefty fish tacos pack a flavorful punch.

I dinged the "atmosphere", because it was cold outside, and we decided to sit inside. The doors were open, and no heat running, so it was a little uncomfortable. The tacos I had were gluten free, and did not give me any problems (later). There was more fish on the taco than you normally get, and it was filling. The food was tasty, but I would like some more gluten free options on the menu.

WOW, what a great gem here in Carpinteria! Little Doms is a perfect blend of fresh local seafood dishes with an Italian twist! Had the wood grilled fish of the day, which was Mahi on this day…my partner had the Halibut piccata…both were OUTSTANDING!
Although there is a strong seafood focus to their dishes, they have a few classics too…Caprese Salad, chicken parm and a few pasta dishes.
Whatever you choose, leave room for dessert! The flourless chocolate olive oil cake that is baked to order, is outstanding and GLUTEN FREE!
Love this place and will be a regular patron for sure!

I am SO happy to have stumbled upon this restaurant! First, the food was not only delicious, but it FELT good to eat. Like it felt nourishing, not just filling. I ordered the ginger chicken soup and couldn’t have been more happy. I’m always looking for soups that are simple, healing, and nutritious, and this definitely does all 3. I also ordered the book choy and added fried tofu, and it was fantastic. They have a lot of veggie options, even mention that their cashew chicken is gluten free (what?!), and after talking with Roy, found out they use no MSG and most of their veggies are locally grown. As a family owned restaurant, they try to make food that they want their kids eating, so it’s full of good stuff :)
I don’t eat out a ton, but I have a feeling I will more now because of this restaurant. Thank you for existing!

Fantastic. One of our favorite spots on a two week trip. I told my friend in Santa Barbara to go here. The sandwiches were fab and the gluten free bread was the best I've had. Gluten free cookies too. Fantastic team. Thanks for a great lunch.

What a gem. Breakfast was amazing. The Chicken Fried Steak did not disappoint and the biscuits were the absolutely the best biscuit we ever tasted. They have several Gluten free options the Gluten Free Banana French Toast was amazing.
Great huevos rancheros for breakfast or lunch. I have visited a couple of times and the food is great. Also have a selection of coffees. Owners are friendly as well. I am gluten free but the baked goods look great.

A City employee recommended this spot for lunch. The menu items sounded too "healthy," but I went for it--best choice ever.
Service: 11/5 Roseanne is super nice. Hooked me up with a cookie as a newbie. She assured me it did not taste gluten free. I wish I had bought a dozen!
Food: 11/5 take Jack's bagels and wrap it around the best burrito you've had in a long time. I also don't generally like chicken, but this stuff was cooked and seasoned just right. This place earns the food liaison title with its ability to food whisper.
Location: 1/5 It needs to be where I live.
I'm a crack burrito addict. I need more excuses to work in Carpinteria.
Best salmon by far that we have encountered in 4 months in the USA out about half a dozen meals. Melting moist (not due to butter, it was perfectly prepared)
Equal best creme brulee.
Note these qualified as gluten free if that matters to you.

A hidden gem! On a warm afternoon, we were drawn to the “specials” board outside the restaurant. What a pleasant surprise their inviting shaded patio was with a water feature, umbrellas and plants.
We ordered 2-gluten free pasta dishes and they were both delicious. We felt confident the chef understood Celiac and our Gluten Allergy after speaking with the restaurant owner who introduced herself at our table.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this quaint Italian restaurant with great service and delicious food. Thank you Anna!
