This is my favorite pizza place in Lodi! This place has great gluten-free options and I have yet to have any reactions due to cross-contamination. I am not celiac though, I only have a gluten allergy.
They have a good selection of toppings and sauces. I definitely recommend this place.

I was in Lodi picking up holiday items at Pier 1 and stopped by Blaze for dinner. As a vegan, it's the only place to get a pizza! I ordered the Gluten Free crust (vegan) with red sauce, vegan cheese, vegan chorizo and my favorite veggie toppings. I ate it so fast that I forgot to take a pic. Next time, I guess!

I had a very good cold brew with cream and an exceptional gluten-free banana nut bread at Inspire. I didn’t know that all their tasty looking treats were gluten free until the very friendly cashier let me know. So glad I didn’t miss out.
The location is great right in central Lodi. The outdoor seating is nice. The atmosphere inside was not as cosy as I might have liked but I dug the inspirational nature of all the copy around the place.
Step into a nostalgic 1960s atmosphere that warmly welcomes gluten-free diners. The excellent service ensures a comfortable experience, with gluten-free English muffins and thoughtfully prepared meals that cater well to gluten-sensitive guests.

Not good place to go for dietary restrictions. Most expensive breakfast for very little food. I got 2 extremely thin pieces of bacon, two tiny sausages, and 4 eggs for about $17. The waitress wasn't helpful about it instead very pushy. I was ready to eat again when I left. A word of advice to Denny's, please, have a more reasonable menu for people with gluten sensitivity or for low carbers

The owners, the entire staff and the food are all excellent. We felt like we were on vaca in Cancun! They really went all out on the decor and it’s very clean. The food is GREAT and healthy - menu states the sauces are gluten free and no lard in the beans - yay! The sauces snd their salsa are delicious. We both had chicken enchiladas and they were full of quality seasoned shredded chicken. The chefs said Good Morning and ‘Thank you for coming in’ as we passed by the kitchen. The entire staff thanked us on the way out. Our waiter Angel was personable and very quick with chips & salsa, drinks, our meal, and the bill but we never felt rushed. We will be back!! Will try the fish dishes next. Really hope restaurants are allowed to open inside soon. These owners and others deserve to serve inside. The booths have partitions between them so they will remain safe long after the pandemic ends! Go grab some great food here!

I could wax poetic about how this place transcends the ideas of hospitality than we are used to. There are a few restaurants I have been to in my life that have served for hundreds of years, run by the same family, and offering what they do best—heightened senses. This stands among them.
I have the pleasure of coming here a few times and sharing this delight with guests—how fresh the basil and red peppers taste because they were plucked right outside; how perfect the bread (pulled directly out of the oven) soaks up quality olive oil and balsamic; the Spanish Steps—point blank. Every subsequent time is a quality memory for me. My first Mother’s Day in our new town, my birthday.
My toddler absolutely devours the ravioli every time. This is the place where I will go when I want an elevated time to break bread with three generations of our family. Highly recommend requesting the in house Somm—very grateful to Jacob for taking me back to my days in Milan.
Hot tip: Never say no to pizza. And if you’re gluten free, never say no to burrata. Buon appetito!

No gluten free 🤔 Food ok. Server needs more experience.

This place is good. They know how to make the best Italian sodas in town, add cream, and/or a soft top to make them even better. They also make great blended beverages! They have good bagels and even have gluten-free sourdough 'bagels' that are pretty good! Customer service is good. The biggest bummer is that they have been out of sugar-free mocha for over a month and that is deeply missed.
