Best pizza and chicken around and an amazing beer list. Porky's is a must. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. They even have a delicious gluten free pizza option.
Service is always bad. They mess up many time on Cauliflower Crust. They charge for it but give regular. Caused me health issue a few times as I did not realize I was eating gluten.
I love Blaze Pizza. The ability to create your own pizza, by pointing at toppings is amazing.
The ingredients at Blaze always seemed abundant and fresh. I like the thin crust, but they even offer choices in crust including cauliflower and gluten free.
The pizza cooks very quickly, so you don't wait long.
Four stars for offering gluten free crust on any pizza - first place I’ve seen to do so. Like this review if you think wheat is overrated! Now I didn’t say it was the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had, but it did the job for sure. Also, NYP is one of the only places I’ve seen that distinguishes between “jalepeños” and “green HOT jalepeños” on their menu, which made me so happy I almost cried. Nothing against canned peppers... I just don’t like mildly spicy briny pickles on my food. Keep up the good work!
Good food, clean restaurant, and friendly service. Gluten free pizza is good. Can get crowded. Easy parking due to dedicated parking lot that is shared with Bank of America.
We enjoyed the meal. It was really good. The atmosphere was quaint, clean, upscale. The portions were good sized. The server was attentive. They are gluten aware, which was nice for me.
Me and my family came here on Mother’s Day. I have gluten sensitivity. I was very surprised to see the options that I did on their menu. I was able to eat comfortably our server was able to answer any of our questions and explain anything to me. They even have gluten-free dessert. Service was great. Food was good. It was clean. I was happy.
Happened upon this place not too long ago and it's definitely my go to spot for pasta. They do gluten free pasta as well which my wife prefers even over Maggiano's. From the drinks, to the appetizer, to the pasta, everything is simply a delight. The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating. Seating is outdoors in the back with great ambiance. Price is the only thing to complain about, but definitely worth it for those times you want to treat yourself. Great date night spot for sure.
We five picky gals from age 8 to 60+ had a wonderful and satisfying Saturday late lunch on the patio at Sidetrack. There was no wait & the service was good. We only ordered water or light drinks, but the appetizers were hearty and delicious: loaded tater todds, garlicky scoozzi bread, and perfectly cooked & flavored edamame. From a gluten-free burger to fish & chips to a kids' grilled cheese sammy, all the dishes were inviting and satisfying. I had had a craving for a big, decadent salad, and the Jumbo Shrimp Louie fit the bill. Speaking of the bill, it was medium-high as expected (about $32 per person), but it was special & so worth it! Will try to go back for dinner sometime.
Amazing food with a good variety of options, including gluten free, soy free, dairy free and even vegan. Also a good variety of whiskey and win in stock.
It looks like an informal hangout, with a fancy Italian name. The ordinary furniture and the see through glass windows, make it look like a Cafe. The patchwork of tape holding one of the glass panes together lowered my expectations even further. All of this from a distance. We went there as a plan B - and man it was some good food. Andrew, our server was courteous, prompt and very hospitable. We had a lamb rack, meat lovers gluten free and Amaretta - Pasta. Red Cab by the glass paired well with the lamb. Food was well cooked and delicately presented. Lastly, the desert - tiny donut bites - just gave our family meal a delectable finish! Definitely going again.
This is a go to spot for our family dinner night out. They take my gluten issues seriously and they still have tons kf delicious menu items they can make without gluten. Be prepared for taking home a doggie bag, portions are generous.
Enjoyed a birthday 🎉 🥳 lunch here. We enjoyed savory Crepes and chose our own fillings. One egg, cheddar and spinach and one turkey, cheddar and tomato. Both were gluten free and delicious. The side salad and fruit was fresh and good quality. The inside seating is very comfortable and there is plenty of free on street parking as well as a lot behind the building. Staff was very friendly.
Everything tastes fresh and is very flavorful! I honestly like this place better than the poke I’ve had in Hawaii. It’s also helpful that they label their gluten free sauces.
Awesome food! Super cosy inside but not a lot of tables! Tones of gluten free options on their menu (Pad Thai, crab rice, Thai fried rice)! Just really good Thai food!
This Kebab shop (just this location) is our family favorite. This is always our first choice when we hungry, short on time, can’t cook and wants something really savory yet delicious. Especially, being a gluten intolerant I find this place an easy, fresh and effortless option for my dietary restrictions. The portions are great (love their carved chicken, shawarma bowls) with veg/nonveg options even my little one enjoys the buttery saffron rice and ofcourse the yogurt garlic and green sauces are something we can’t have enough. They’re just phenomenal and takes the food to the next level. Moreover the place is never crowded for seating that’s why I prefer it over all the other Mediterranean places in the area.
Great local place! Hand made flavors, a library/book nook attached. Only bummer is that it is associated with churches & a christian community. Definitely a downside in my opinion. Try the lavender drinks, you won't be disappointed. Allergy-friendly place too. They have gluten free, nut free, and vegan baked goods. Their staff is also knowledgeable about allergy-safe drinks if you ask.
I am so happy to have an Ike's in Pleasanton, closer to home!
We love that they use Mariposa bakery gluten free baguettes for the sandwiches. Local and tasty. I almost always get the Hollywould's SF Cheesesteak sandwich with extra sauce. Plus more sauce on the side for dipping, as GF bread can be drier than wheat bread and I like lots of sauce. The sauce is delicious! Salty with a tiny bit of heat which I love. I also like to eat my sandwich at home heated up and add mayo to make it more melty.
The day I first tried the Pleasanton location, they were unfortunately out of steak but said I could still get the sandwich and sun the meat out. Perfect because the other combos didn't sound good that day. I opted for halal chicken thinking that would go well with the mushrooms and provolone. Well I don't actually know as they gave me pastrami instead. It was delicious and a great steak alternative. Too bad my tummy didn't like it. I don't do well on lunch meat that's why I get steak or chicken.
To sum it up, our gluten free sandwiches were just as delicious as always. I like this location for convenience and the sandwich amounts (as not all are consistent with the amount of meat) and will definitely be returning. I will just try to remember to check my sandwich before leaving the store next time.

Needed to grab a quick lunch out in Pleasanton and found this place conviniently right off the 580. When I walked in I was surprised to see it completely empty. They have a decent size dining area and can probably fit 40-50 people. Questioning in my mind if I made a good decision, however they did have a high rating on Yelp so I was thinking that this could go either way. Menu is really basic (great for gluten free) and you have two options really. #1, is a build your own stuffed pita, #2 is a bowl option). I went with the chicken shwarma bowl. Ingredients were very fresh and the flavor was really really good. Very satisfied. Prices were ok too. All in all it wasn't your jaw dropping restaurant but it also wasn't trying to be and I was totally ok with that. Would recommend if looking for a quick bite on the go.
Always fast and easy. May look super busy but it won’t take long here. Food is always great and consistent. They also deal with gluten allergy here. Separate station. Great for my wife when we travel.
