I am visiting LA from Atlanta and both my best friend and I have celiac disease. It's usually a struggle finding high quality, delicious, safe food but this place was a pleasant surprise!! The ambiance is really welcoming and it feels very homey. Our server was very friendly and super accommodating to our allergies!! She helped us navigate the menu and we both loved our meals!! I have a gluten allergy, so when I see that restaurants acknowledge gluten and gluten friendly foods in their menu I usually assume it is a safer place to eat. My meal came with a side of fries and since the fries themselves were not on the menu anywhere on their own for me to see if it had the gluten friendly symbol on it, I asked the server if they were gluten free and they confidently said yes. Once I got home I started feeling sick and searched for the allergen menu online only to find that the fries specifically say they contain wheat. Please take allergen training for employees more seriously.

Sen Noodle House is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The menu is on the wall right at the front. The server walked us through how everything works and explained in detail how they could make the food gluten free. I got the Emperor Wanton bowl with ramen noodles. Delicious. Portions are huge. My wife got the curry bowl with rice noodles, which was gluten free. We shared the garlic edamame. Delicious. Would go again!

Hostess should learn how to greet customers with a smile.
Food arrived, but server did not come by to check on the orders. The gluten sensitive cheeseburger came wrapped in a cold lettuce leaves missing cheese, with a super thin slice of tomato, one tiny thin slice of pickle and a few shreds of red onion. Served on a cold aluminum plate it got cold within minutes. Meat was cooked through, but because it was almost cold and not enough of tomato nor pickle, and missed cheese, it did not taste well. I pointed out to the server my dissatisfaction, but the bill was only reduced by the cost of the cheese. Very disappointing. Used to be a very nice place to go about 10 years ago. Now it is less quality for more money.
