Five Stars Isn’t Enough!
Pieology has completely redefined what I thought was possible from a fast-casual pizza place. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked crust and bubbling cheese had my mouth watering. The staff was incredibly friendly and walked me through the build-your-own process like pros.
What really sets Pieology apart is the freedom to create. I loaded my pizza with everything I love fresh basil, spicy sausage, roasted garlic, and a drizzle of fiery buffalo sauce and it came out of the oven looking and tasting like a gourmet masterpiece. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and every bite was packed with flavor.
The ingredients are top-tier and fresh, and the portion sizes are generous without going overboard. It’s also awesome that they offer gluten-free and cauliflower crusts, making it super inclusive for all dietary preferences.
Whether you’re a picky eater, a creative foodie, or just someone craving a damn good pizza, Pieology delivers. I’ll definitely be back this place is officially my go-to pizza spot.

Not a bad place to pop in for a good meal.
Our waitress did great for being the only one on for the floor. Think they need to hire some help. She was ran ragged. She was a good sport about it and had a smile on her face.
Had Ahi tuna. With a flat bread. Gluten Free options too. Would do again. Competitive prices.
The people and environment are amazing! the coffee was great too, and they have vegan/gluten free options which is awesome! Pet friendly too, I will definitely be a returning customer!

We liked everything we got. I can't remember the names. 4 of us all tried something different, and we all liked what we got. I think there's something everyone can enjoy. They seem very accommodating. I don't know about gluten free bread, but you could probably just get the inside of the sandwich if there's no gf bread.
One of the few classy restaurants in Yuba City! Took my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day and neither of us were disappointed. Their chicken pot pie is delectable! And their gluten free options made it easy for my celiac girlfriend. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be dining again!
