We’re in Salina, KS. Excellent Italian dinner. Separate gluten-free menu. GF stuffed mushrooms!! Every bite of our food was a treat. Hand-stuffed blue cheese olives and a well-crafted Negroni. The staff were super friendly too.

We ordered to go online. I have never had Schlotzsky's before but my husband had, it was amazing! My sandwich was on a gluten-free bun and was soooo good! The side salads we ordered were bigger than we expected but so fresh & delicious! Definitely going back for more when we can. 😍

Gluten free travel led me to this gem. I told my server I will need a to-go container, as I expected I would only eat half and be on my way. First bite in and I told her “forget the to-go box”. I typically eat for fuel…this meal was fuel and absolutely delicious. They totally took care of my gluten free needs and served up a great meal. For here. Give them your money.
