Everything I've tried here - cocktails, lattes, soups, burgers, pizzas, tacos - have been really tasty and flavorful. The pizza prices are fair, but some of the other items on the menu are a bit overpriced ($8 for one taco, $12 for a small bowl of soup).
They do offer some gluten free options for those who need/want it (I'm not sure if gluten free pizza is offered, though).
In terms of atmosphere, it's a good place for a date night or a nice lunch/dinner. Could be romantic or more casual dress. There are hightop tables, patio seating, and a bar inside and outside.
A spot known for its fresh, sizable salads and sandwiches, but be prepared for a bit pricier fare.

I didn't dine in, but I did get a REALLY tasty grass fed burger at the Boston Local Food Festival. I was excited to see a company there with a burger as well as a gluten free bun. I'd absolutely have another.
An amazing spot known for top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression, making you want to come back for more.

My experience at bertuccis was great! I am gluten free so I was worried that would be a problem but my waitress Samantha was amazing and super accommodating! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Definitely going back and specially requesting Samantha as my waitress!! 10/10!
I came here one day in desperate need of food. But once I got a good look at their processes I decided I couldn't safely eat a gluten free meal here. Didn't order & didn't eat. No bike rack. Don't know about public transit to here.
The food has always been good. Eat in service is fine as well. However, my daughter has a gluten allergy and has been served gluten twice on consecutive take-out orders. This time, we specified no gluten several times during the order. Checked at pick up and the packing had GF written on it. Got home, found out first it was not what was ordered and absolutely was not GF. Unfortunately will not be going back. The second star is for the manager ripping up our entire receipt. That's a great gesture, but the fact is my daughter could have gotten sick.
