My husband and I had date night there last night. I have a wheat allergy and when I say this was the best gluten free pasta I have ever had after trying MANY places, is an understatement. They have staff constantly refilling drinks and taking used plates off the tables. Grazie our server was great and I appreciated her recommendations to accommodate my allergy. All in all we are upset we have been in the Shores for 5 years and didn’t try this gem sooner. We will be back to try the pizza soon.

I am new to the area and we ate at Gilbert's for the first time tonight. We had great, friendly and prompt service. The food was hot and fresh. Very tasty. We are very grateful to find a good restaurant that offers some gluten free menu options. A very, very rare find here sadly in this community. As a gluten free diet is my norm as with many, I finally found a place that offers this option. Thank you. We will be back!
