I’ve been waiting for a place like this in Lambertville, serves breakfast and lunch. Modern decor in a very relaxing atmosphere. Our server was pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt/available. Food was DELICIOUS!! We ordered “The Benny” & “Hash Bowl” with the additional “Hash It” upgrade.(pictured) The Benny had fried jalapeños which I had on the side and they were delicious! Loved the variety of gluten free & vegan menu options. Had chai espresso and really enjoyed that. Hoping to get back to try shrimp & grits and smash burger on gluten free brioche. After breakfast we took a walk down D& R canal.

We came in with a large group of 8, and a difficult one at that. We had 1 lactose intolerant, 2 gluten intolerant, 1 vegetarian, and my mother — who requests so many menu modifications that she’s basically creating her own dishes.
Tavola Rustica accommodated all of us, and served us the most delicious meal we could ask for. The service was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. My cousin claimed her gluten-free La Romana was the best pizza she had ever had. My husband and I shared the polpette meatball appetizer, and a Miranda pizza — the combination of egg, truffle, and mozzarella was unexpected and unbelievable. Could not recommend this place enough. We’ll be back as soon as we can. On top of that, BYOB, have fun. 🍾🥂

birthday dinner for my husband. Andrea was a spectacular server, very helpful with my vegan and gluten free selections. lots of clearly marked vegan options on this menu. the minestrone soup was divine, the arugula salad fresh and crisp, the green beans & carrots so creatively prepared and delicious. my husband had butternut squash soup and pasta dish and loved them. for desert, the poached apple is vegan! lots of flavors of sorbets and gelatos to choose from. great food, great service, great ambience! well done Massimo and Andrea!
