Each food item has a dedicated fryer. I had recently been diagnosed with celiac but I've always gone to this restaurant every year we visit Wildwood. Knowing ahead of time, I brought a gluten-free hotdog bun which they were able to accommodate. The owner even decided to take a picture and have that as an option for gluten-free patrons. I highly recommend this establishment.
My boyfriend and I were there this past weekend and had a GREAT time! I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten. We had a difficult time in wildwood finding a place to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Grace, our waitress, was phenomenal! Outstanding drinks, views and I loved the brisket! Thank you, thank you!!

We went here for dinner and were able to sit down without a wait for a party of 7. Food came out pretty fast and everything tasted good. There are gluten free options available. Good experience overall and would go back again.
