Each food item has a dedicated fryer. I had recently been diagnosed with celiac but I've always gone to this restaurant every year we visit Wildwood. Knowing ahead of time, I brought a gluten-free hotdog bun which they were able to accommodate. The owner even decided to take a picture and have that as an option for gluten-free patrons. I highly recommend this establishment.
