I came back to the Island to visit family and we went here. I’ve been living out of state for the last three years so I hadn’t had truly authentic Italian food in ages and this was just what I needed for my body and soul. The gluten free penne was so good and tender it didn’t even taste gluten free. I would have asked to make sure there wasn’t a mixup but our waiter, Joe, was so on top of things I knew I didn’t have to. He said it was his first night but I almost didn’t believe him. He was warm, pleasant, thoughtful, charming, and carried himself like a damn pro!
Oh, and then the manager hands us a bottle of Merlot on the way out, just to thank us for being there!
This is the real Italian warmth, hospitality, food, and service you can only find in NY!
We’re definitely coming back, and you’d be wise to bring your crew there, too!

First visit here and disappointed. Ordered the 3 taco meal and 2 of there were cold. Hand full of salad with a slice of mango. Chips and salsa just ok. Our server Jenny was kind and courteous and she even caught my friends tortilla was not gluten free as requested and corrected it. Keep.Jenny remove the chef.
