Had an issue today concerning the downtown location via door dash after eating here MANY times. The management at the West location and owner did a fantastic job problem solving and making us feel valid to want to come back again.
Highly recommend for gluten free people's(I have celiac), and to support a locally owned and ran business.

For starters we have always loved first watch. We have been to other locations, just not this one until today. The wait time for the to go food was not too bad, unfortunately, I had to have a part of our order remade for potential gluten allergy. They not only remade the order, but they also were so kind about it and offered small coupons for our next visit and the food was hot and ready to go in a timely manner for how busy they were. Before getting home, I couldn’t help digging into my order and eating some bacon because of how good it smelled, my day was made with the customer service and quality of this food. The food was great. The staff was wonderful. My waiter was very patient with me about questions I had about gluten free items. Prices were reasonable but most of all the entire staff wore their masks which I truly appreciated.
