I love this restaurant has many gluten, friendly options. My Daughter loves the truffle fries here. I had great service from Chad today. Definitely check out the staple in bee cave.

Being gluten free is hard, Especially in the pizza world. Via 313 has literally the best gluten free crust I’ve ever tasted. And the sauce… mind blowing. You combine all of that together and it’s like my pre-gluten-free life of deliciousness. I cannot express how much their pizza makes me happy. The toppings are always fresh, the crust is never grainy, it is crispy but never burnt, and the sauce snaps with garlic and tomatoes. Unbeatable.
Enjoy a surprising variety of unique options, with attentive service ensuring a memorable dining experience.

The food was delicious! There are several gluten-free options. When I asked them about it, they made sure to let the kitchen know. Friendly staff and amazing service!

I ordered the chicken gyro on gluten free pita with fries and their lavender lemonade. The lavender lemonade was delicious as well as the fries. The gyro fillings were good, but the gluten free pita was more like a crepe and kind of falling apart.

Great family dinning. Food is wonderful and it a family run place so you always get the special touch. I'm partial to the calzone. They even have very good gluten free pasta.
Love their lunch combo. Fresh, delicious salad paired with my favorite pizza. Yum! My husband says their gluten free crust is one of the best out there.
This place has a great vibe--not too busy, not too fussy. The Sunday brunch options are fantastic, including some gluten free options. And if you aren't gf, complimentary begniets! What's not to like?
Ran in looking for sushi on the go after a long week. #1 they had something my wife would like considering she doesn't eat raw fish. A gentleman pointed out the gluten free options for me. Price was great considering the area. While waiting the gent came to update me on the order and made a special accommodation on the fly.
Edit: 15min after eating. Sushi was ok at best. They seem to be trying to be non traditional, no avacado on rolls wherever else you would go was subbed with lettuce or cucumber... 2 things I hate! Warn a dude.
Still has great customer service. I'd recommend for cooked and nigiri and sashimi

The cinnamon biscuit is to die for!! Their bacon is so crispy and full of flavor. They have tacos as well.. they look amazing but unfortunately we’re gluten free so we couldn’t eat those. Please start offering corn tortillas so we can enjoy your tacos
Great environment for the kids! Gluten-free options were great. Little too much cedar for my liking ;)
The gelato server packed our cups very densely, 10/10.
