Super Food super good guy owner—pizza is crazy good— try their huge pizza for a a party- better make sure your trunk is empty,it won’t fit in your car- the gluten free veggie is slap-me good and healthy too. Stefano is a prince- always giving to the community and if you have an off experience and let the staff know, don’t be surprised if you get a call from him personally the next day with apologies and amends—we are lucky to have this destination restaurant here!
Service is great and love the Unwich, I am gluten free and really helps out my cravings. Favorite sandwich is the country club, with bacon, onions and pickles. And cant forget the kickin ranch. Also, Sidney is a very great worker and enthusiastic with a great attitude. Thanks again.
We decided to try a new place last night and ended up here. They had options on breading used for your fish, shrimp and chicken. I am gluten free and haven't ate deep fried food in 4 years. I decided to try the cornmeal breading, it was so good I couldn't stop eating😂😂 the others that were with me agreed the cornmeal breading had more flavor than the regular one. Our waitress was the sweetest woman. Always checking in, even apologizing that it took few minutes to get our drinks. It was OK cuz she had a big table she was waiting on. We saw the owner and I think his sister come in to help with the supper rush. He came to check on our table to. He was a very friendly owner. The drinks were fabulous the bartender made the comment she hadn't made an old fashion in years and she nailed it!! I highly recommend this place to anyone!! Can't wait until we come back to visit next year.
I have been here twice since I am not from the area but this was the first Chipotle I tried. Having Celiac I had read a post where they are a good option for people with Celiac. Went into their website about gluten free options and how they handle this. Both times that I went in I let them know I had Celiac, the first time the manager asked me what I would like, they would be getting my items from a fresh batch that had not been taken out yet. The second time the girl taking my order immediately called the manager who did the same thing the other manager from my previous visit. Only wish McAllen was this knowledgeable about what their website says, only the first time in McAllen did the manager do the same thing as Harlingen, subsequent visits went downhill all different managers.
