Hawaiian Bros is literally the best - I have a gluten allergy and am super sensitive to cross contact. There aren't many places in Midland I can safely eat but Hawaiian Bros is safe! They are so careful with your food - shout out to Rosemarie for being so careful/knowledgeable and making sure I got a safe, fantastic meal!
Great food and great service. They accommodated my daughter’s celiac disease with a gluten free burger and gluten free fries. Everyone was so nice. We will return!

I love this location! They staff are so friendly and attentive. The cashier was so patient and gave my three year old the chance to order his own food! What a kind and helpful person she is! Love the environment here and the food! Nice outdoor seating area, which we need more of in Midland! But I’ve never gotten super great service. They don’t have a gluten free menu for those more health conscious, but if you ask they can let you know which items are gluten free or how they can be made gluten free.
Great place for drinks and food. Gluten free options if you like steak and veggies. Amazing cooks...just how you like it, seriously (steaks cooked to perfection)

Not a bad place for a quick bite to it.
Chile relleno is made with chicken salad, it was interesting but not bad. Would order it again. Gluten free options are available.
The salmon is also very good, usually they are really busy but the staff is great!
