This place is amazing. When we arrived, we were quite overwhelmed that there was a wait. But, they took our cell number and we called inside seated within 10 mins of arrival. So, good first impression. Then, we read the menu and had a difficult time deciding. The waitress was very helpful and honest about the options. They have gluten free choices at no additional cost. And, they have heart healthy options. My wife raved over the biscuits and gravy... I think she was impressed that the biscuit tasted like it was made from scratch. A big bonus to me was the uniqueness of everything. Although it was breakfast and brunch and lunch, they had their own signature. Definitely going back and highly recommend 10 out of 10! Oh, and they are hiring. What a great work life balance to arrive at 6:30 or 7:00 in the morning and be done with work at 2:30 or 3pm. BTW, there was no rush for us to finish exactly at 2:30. In fact, we left at 2:45 and there were still people sitting at the tables laughing and enjoying the ambience. The staff was friendly and did not mind our extended stay... And, they have an outdoor seating area

I don’t know who was working the 8:40 Jan 13 shift but they were fantastic! It was two teenagers the girl with reddish brown hair and a guy with black curly hair. SUPER nice, great manners, and great food. I’m gluten free and for the first time in what feels like forever they changed their gloves! They always have more than enough food which I’ve found isn’t in most places. By far the best chipotle in the Richmond area!

Do not hesitate on making a reservation to Perry’s at Short Pump! Contrary to all the negative reviews we had an amazing experience. The staff was on point with exceptional customer service. The steak and seafood were cooked to perfection. The salads were amazing especially the Caesar salad and wedge salad. We live out of town and were visiting our family members in Henrico. It was our first experience ordering from Redemption. I have a family member who has rigid dietary restrictions, specifically Gluten allergies. During the day before placing my order, I called the store three (3) times and asked about certain ingredients in their foods. Today my family and I decided to try out @devilslettucerva and boy was it an experience. This spot was so welcoming and the ambience was very inviting. I was thrilled to experience this family friendly restaurant. I was even more thrilled there was a changing station in the bathroom; which I ended up using. Skipping forward the food was amazing and both plates of food were left clean. I order nuggets for my daughter and nachos for myself. Stopped in for some picnic sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised. The daily-house-made sandwich bread was a HUGE hit and the gyro and chicken fillings were flavorful. We also got the lamb platter with rice and veggies for a gluten-free friend and he said it was great. I’d love to have a styrofoam-free take-out option, though. Will definitely visit again when on that side of town. Highly recommend!
