Visited this venue on a Friday late night for dining, most other restaurants in errol st had already shut. Plenty of parking around. they offer different bread options, seeded bun, brioche bun, beetroot bun, wrap, pita bun, lettuce bun and gluten free bun. Their sides include curly chips, sweet potato chips, onion rings, loaded fries, chicken nuggets, arancini balls, mozzarella sticks, spring rolls, hash browns, and salad. the burgers were on the pricey side, and tasted great.

Auction is a little hidden gem in North Melbourne, the flavours of the French toast was amazing and for the coeliac the breakfast board was definitely on point 😀 Dietary requirement was definitely not a problem and the coffee paired very very well!! An absolute must for all to enjoy

Strongly recommend! Had a wonderful experience at Saturday lunch today. All the food and drinks were delicious (and loads of fantastic gluten free options--including the chips!) but most importantly, the hospitality was wonderful. Great service from everyone we spoke to, and the whole venue really had this great, casual atmosphere. Supporting our locals is more important than ever, so please give them a try! We will certainly be back! Thanks for a fabulous lunch.

We were looking for somewhere to have drinks and a light meal after a show at the Meat Market. I couldn’t book for our late time online, so I called and spoke to a super helpful staff member who managed to fit us in and let us know about their late-night menu. When we arrived, the same person greeted us and showed us to a table in the cosy dining area. We ordered one of everything from the small menu and it was all delicious. Our friends were gluten free and there were a number of options on the menu for them. My chip-connoisseur husband even said the chips were among the best in Melbourne! Fantastic service and seriously good food—this place is a gem.

Most menu items are gluten free which means corn tortillas! Had tacos, chilaquiles, and nachos. Food came out fresh and hot, everything is on the mild side in terms of spice. Not the most authentic Mexican I've ever had but it was all very tasty. Nice service, reasonable prices for the city, very busy on a Saturday night so call to book. When we were there they had a great deal: 3 tacos and margarita for $25. You could choose marg flavours too (original, strawberry, mango, jalapeño) and jalapeño was surprisingly the best one! Horchata was a bit too watery, but margs were delicious.

Superb service. Great coffee. Fine food. Large menu. Good for gluten free. Observed most customers to be regulars. Paid parking on street. Lovely outside seating. Still a leader after 2+ decades.
