Very nice place in the center of Montecatini but the difference is made by the food and the staff. I have rarely found such a kind willingness to accommodate my (alas) needs due to food intolerances. Thank you with all my heart. Excellent gluten-free pizza! Attentive, kind, smiling and very patient staff. Compliments. Good food can be found in many places but, personally, I only go back where I feel welcome... Like at Centrale. Well done!

Great place! Dining room filled with Italians, no tourists with the exception of us. Great local food. One of the best gluten free pizzas my wife ever had. For appetisers, main courses and deserts there are also many gluten free options. Very friendly staff. Lovely outside area and terrace next to a little stream. Very much worth the beautiful drive up the hill. Would highly recommend.

Everything super good and appetizing! I was initially a little reluctant to talk about 'fried'... but instead I had to change my mind because the TASCA wasn't oily at all, it even looked like it was made in the oven even though it wasn't! We took the Combo menu so we also ate the churros which were devastating! All strictly GLUTEN FREE, welcoming and friendly owner. We will definitely be back!

One of the few bars that offers gluten-free croissants. Delicious Pistachio Croissant. Slightly heated it becomes excellent. I had a very good latte. Very nice location. The staff is very kind, friendly and smiling. Every now and then I stop by to have breakfast alone or with someone. There are some very nice tables outside among the plants. Parking is in front of the bar or along the street. It's a pleasure to stop by you.🤝💜

Not very large but pleasant place with large outdoor space a stone's throw from Pistoia cathedral. Fantastic cuisine for celiacs. Good selection of wines. We went for an aperitif and everything was good from the platters to the desserts.

I'm an American and have no idea if this is true, but I imagine this is the place all of the locals eat. Hands down the best meal we had in just over a week in Italy. This isn't a Michelin star type restauraunt, but it isn't trying to be. Every single thing we had was phenomenal. On top of that, the staff was very welcoming. We came in kind of late and by closing time I was trying to get out as to not keep them late - they didn't seem bothered in the slightest, and were even offering us dessert and other courses. They were also extremely accomidating to my fiance who has celiac disease. We walked out of there after having a cheese plate, a carafe of some of the best house wine I've ever had, an entire pizza, three courses of various pastas, what I'm assuming was homeamde (but in any case spectacular) bread, and it was only around $65. Like I said, easily the best meal we had all week and definitely worth the pleasant 10 minute walk if you're staying at Grotta Giusti.

I discovered this restaurant/pizzeria by chance, not being from the area, I looked for someone who could offer a gluten-free menu and I made the right choice! The knowledgeable and kind staff explained the best dishes to me, advising me on the best choice for my tastes. I will definitely come back to try many other specialties because they are very inviting! Great place for those who love Neapolitan pizza and gluten-free fried seafood!

While passing through San Marcello Pistoiese we stopped at this ice cream shop and I must say that we did well. First of all they have everything gluten free so great news for a friend of ours who is celiac, very very good ice cream and then in addition to ice cream they make milkshakes, sweet crepes, waffles, and even both savory and sweet pokes, bubble tea, centrifuged products and then it is also a bar with coffee, cappuccino etc. The staff is friendly, the prices average. The next time we pass through San Marcello we will stop again.
