We chose this restaurant for the possibility of a menu for celiacs... where they reassured us about the non-contamination of the products on the menu and in their preparation... there is also a gluten-free children's menu... otherwise average oww that we tried.

My wife's favorite restaurant. The pizza is really good, even in the gluten-free version which few people still make. I have to go back to try the rest. Really nice and helpful staff and Top owner!!

Excellent pizza, excellent quality Neapolitan products and dishes! It's been a long time since I ate a good sausage with broccoli. Not to mention the babà and pastiera were DELICIOUS! Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location in the centre. Fast service and good quality/price. Small "flaw" is that they don't have gluten-free pizza dough. For the rest, Recommended!!

Excellent ice cream shop, quality ice cream and fresh desserts; lots of variety of choice even for those with celiac disease. At Buosi I eat ice cream without worries because the cones are all gluten-free❤️

The service was absolutely fantastic here and they managed to get us a table as a walk in. I’m gluten intolerant but they were incredibly understanding and had loads of options available. I’m sure when the water goes down there’s more places outside but it was still perfect for us. Thank you!

For tortellini lovers, a great discovery, unique in Varese. For now I have only tried the tortellini tasting (to order it there must be at least two of you, 2 courses each arrive with 3 types of tasting, for a total of 6 different recipes to try); they are cooked well and are particular recipes; the waiters, very kind, illustrate the ingredients and in which order to taste. Also tried the dessert, in our case coffee/chocolate cake with mascarpone cream, really delicious and plentiful. The place is spacious and modern, a little far from the classic family-run tavern as the name suggests, but it is still a warm and pleasant location. Booking online is very simple. The only flaw: compared to the quantity of the first courses, which is the main dish that obviously makes you want to go there, it is not cheap. I agree with those who say that the portions are not entirely "Emilian". When tasting, an extra piece for each sample of tortelli would be ideal, to fill you up even without a starter or without a slipper of bread and focaccia. Same thing for the single portions, the ones I saw at the other tables didn't seem very abundant to me. I really liked the possibility of recipes with gluten free tortelli, it's a sign of inclusion for those with problems. We will definitely return, and I hope the quantity/price ratio increases to do so more often.
