Brilliant meal and friendly staff. Well situated, and great variety menu. Chef well in the know when it comes to gluten free prep. Celiacs and vegetarians spoilt for choice. Highly recommended.
Quirky vibes with cool art make this spot enjoyable, even if the burgers could use a little more flavor; thick shakes and tasty sides shine!

Delicious sides and thick shake
Burgers lacked a bit of flavour, could have done with more sauce.
Service was not too bad. They had sold out of buns at 6.30 on a Saturday evening and were given gluten free buns as an alternative.
Enjoy a superb dining experience with a fantastic atmosphere that makes it a must-visit spot in Kerikeri.

A superb dining experience! Fantastic atmosphere, service and food. Definitely one to go to when visiting Kerikeri. A bonus is that they also have numerous gluten free options.
We will definitely be heading back.
A cozy spot with creative dishes, delicious drinks, and a welcoming vibe that turns any visit into a delightful experience.

Thank you for your response Tara, I really appreciate it. I'll amend the scores based on my own (non-coeliac!) experience but leave the original review below to give context to your reply.
I appreciate that mistakes can be made, unfortunately they can have serious consequences but it appears you know that already! Some do not and don't take it seriously and because the effects are delayed (almost exactly 2 hours for my wife, every time it happens) the customer is usually long gone and the business owner is none the wiser.
You also have a frustrated phone message from me waiting for you in the morning (recorded prior to your response) so apologies for that as well!

Coeliacs DO NOT EAT HERE.
Don't label your food as gluten free if you're not sure. And don't advise your customers of gluten free options unless you know what they're talking about.
