Fantastic food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. We had udon and yakisoba veggie dishes and the #2 veggie sushi platter. Soooooo many flavours and delicious textures in each dish. We also had the yakitori starter and wished we'd ordered two. The music was audible but not too loud. The restaurant was cozy and comfortable. Everything was done to a high standard. Bonus points for vegan AND gluten free options on the menu. Will definitely be back!!!
A gem of a cafe. So accommodating, with plenty of gluten free options. Excellent coffee, good quality local bread and cakes. Owner and staff were really welcoming and friendly. Will be back!
Such a friendly store! Allen was so kind and advised me on the gluten free options and showed me the seats where I could charge my completely flat phone while I sat, had a bite and a brew. All the staff here made my dining experience so relaxed and welcoming. I was happy to charge my phone from flat to full and pop up and grab a brew which stayed piping hot for quite some time. Again, Allen did such a fantastic job at welcoming all the customers and ensuring the store was kept clean which was nice when sitting here for quite some time.
10/10 recommend Glasgow airport Starbucks. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful and exceptionally clean! With the added bonus of a genuinely good space thats bright and open. A very inviting space to chill out without feeling like you are taking too long. Doesn't even feel like im at the airport i feel like im sitting in a nice cafe. Very much appreciated thankyou to the team for this experience on my solo travel from Australia such a great start to be so welcomed in an unfamiliar place.
Love Kettle Black! We moved from Edinburgh to Renfrew and this cafe helps us capture that up market town feel. The staff are lovely and even remember my dietary needs.
You gotta try the gluten free and dairy free cream cheese and chive bagel.
The inside could be a bit more upmarket eg comfort chairs and more interesting decor, but this has improved a little since the rebrand.
As a haiku:
A warm tea’s embrace,
Edinburgh charm but new place
The bagels taste great.
