Thankful that they offer dietary options, although the staff could be better trained. Was told I could have the Brussel sprouts (coated in soy sauce - "because it was soy based" - I have celiac disease). After spending $32 for 10" rectangular pizza (3 toppings) that was so-so, I'm not keen on returning.
Enjoy a lively fusion vibe where you can savor unique flavors and a variety of options suitable for diverse dietary needs!

Love Wasabi Juans! My husband loves Mexican and I love sushi, so it's a perfect combination. The staff here are great. I have celiac disease and they are very accommodating with the gluten free options and very mindful. Definitely a must to visit Wasabi Juans!
Repeated my order 3x as he nodded continuously like he heard me the first time but kept getting it wrong. I still got the wrong thing. Asked for crunchy tacos, pork and queso cheese with side of rice. The only thing I got right was the rice and pork. No cheese and had to take meat off the soft shells after I went up and got my cheese. I wouldn't have cared but I can't eat wheat flour. Have to try to eat gluten free due to celiac. It also wasn't good. I could have went to taco Bell and it would have been better. My granddaughters order was all messed up too. We're sweet girls and I don't like leaving a bad review but it is what it is...he also rolled his eyes as I was trying to make sure he'd gotten it right. We spent 30 bucks and left hungry.
A must-visit for those craving tasty options with unique substitutions that won't break the bank—definitely a spot to return to!

Loved it here! Really cool vibe and they were allergen friendly. I’m gluten free and dairy free, and they were knowledgeable and accommodating. Thanks!
Food items I've purchased have been very well seasoned and good. I like the gluten free options. Very friendly staff. All my orders have been pickup so I can't give 5 stars since I haven't dined in
I have been a loyal Red Cat customer for many years. My wife who is gluten-free has always loved the pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. Recently those gluten-free muffins have been reduced to a third of the original size that they were a month ago. But the price is the same. This is shrink-flation at its most ridiculous level. This is not fair to any of your customers, you could at least try to reduce the price a little bit.

My business partner and I travel across the US for work and this has been hands down the tastiest, most authentic Greek cuisine we’ve had. Our server, Grace was incredible. She went above and beyond to accommodate our gluten allergies and gave excellent recommendations. We wish we could get this food back home!

Rojo is a staple in the area and I can’t imagine Birmingham without it! Tucked in beautiful Highland Park this gem is a must stop for the local atmosphere and diverse eats. Many gluten free/vegan options, dine in or to go… stuck at home? DoorDash it!!! You have to try the David’s Quesadilla, it’s a personal favorite. Stop in for open mic night for a good time or visit during any other special nights/events. Thank you for everything Rojo!❤️
HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a healthy and Gluten Free breakfast spot. Has much healthier and absolutely clean breakfast/brunch dishes and drinks to offer. I love First Watch spots, they’re definitely similar to the brunch restaurants in Downtown San Diego and Mission Beach, CA.
We like to stop by here when we're in Birmingham. There are a couple things you just have to get... Orange rolls and a skillet cookie. My goodness. Get a salad and a water if you need to offset the sweets, but just do it. Even if you're lactose intolerant, suffer through it and get the skillet cookie. If you are sensitive to gluten, ignore what you know to be the right thing to do and get the orange rolls.
Unique flavors combine in a vibrant atmosphere with an open kitchen that adds an exciting touch to the dining experience.

When I saw this place for the first time, I knew it would be special! The staff here treat everyone so kindly! One young host named Kelly brought us to our table, and I was shocked that she knew so much about the menu & gluten free options even though she wasn't a waiter! She even checked on us to make sure we liked what she recommended! We ordered a chopped chicken salad (gluten free) and the Rainbow trout! So good! All the unique flavors that they incorporate into their dishes blend so well together! We enjoyed being able to see into the kitchen!! Can't wait to come back!!

Super cute place in downtown bham close to the hospital & campus! I love the acai bowl with pb & Nutella. They also have gluten free granola which is great because I am allergic to gluten.

We have never been to this place and actually never heard of it. Saw it because I was there to visit another business. I am so glad we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. They are a heavy brunch geared eatery, and I love brunch. So many choices of items and the place was alive and vibrant. Our waitress ( I didn't recall her name) was amazing and on top of every need we had. We came in with a 4 top 3 adults and a kid and got out of there for less than 70$. To me that is a great deal considering the portion sizes and just the general ambiance of the place. We definitely recommend going and checking this place out, if not making it your full time brunch spot. I was also surprised at the vegan and gluten free options! You are missing out not trying at least once!!!
An exciting spot for pizza lovers, offering a unique 10” option and delicious toppings that make it a must-try after a fun gear hunt.

My boyfriend and I love enjoying Salvatore’s Pizza after we go gear hunting at Bailey Brothers. We were a bit apprehensive seeing the “Under New Management” sign but decided to go ahead and give it a go. I developed a gluten allergy and was thrilled when they informed me that they could make a 10” gluten free pizza! I ordered the Chicken Pesto Pizza and it was absolutely delicious plenty of toppings and I was so happy to still enjoy one of my favorite pizza places! Would highly recommend!

Current was a culinary experience second to none in Birmingham. Food quality drives whether or not I will eat at a restaurant, and Current did not disappoint. In addition, the chef exhibited a deep understanding of diverse flavors while being understated. The techniques used by the chef, the flavors and the menu options are 100% ahead of trends. Current just topped my Birmingham list. (There are also plenty of gluten free options, hard to find, and of course lots of vegetarian choices.)
Enjoy a chill vibe with outdoor seating that's dog-friendly, perfect for a fun night out as the patio lights sparkle after dark.

You can purchase a 14” specialty or custom pizza, or pizza by the slice. They’ve also got a 14” gluten free and 12” cauliflower crust option available for whole pizzas for an extra charge. They have indoor seating at tables or at the bar and an outdoor patio which is dog friendly. Lots of high chairs for the kiddos but no booster seats. Food came out fast and was really good. Very nice area and pleasant atmosphere. I bet the lights on the patio look really nice when it’s dark out. Patio could use more shade for the tables during the hot summer days, perhaps they could add some screens or umbrellas? The bartender wearing crocks (Brandon maybe?) was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely eat here again.

very friendly and family owned vibe. Took the time to help us find all the gluten free options they had ready. Great food ! you can taste the fresh ingredients and home cooking. We live close by so we will be frequenting here often.
I have celiac disease and I have never had a problem with cross contamination when order the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun or the grilled chicken nuggets. I just tell them when I order to make sure my food is handled appropriately. And, I love the new gluten free bun. Of course you have to put your sandwich together yourself. But, your bun is sealed in its own package and so is your condiments. And usually, you get a freshly cooked chicken breast Yum.
Loved this restaurant! Came here for my fiancés birthday and we left extremely happy! The portions were huge and absolutely delicious. They also accommodated my gluten allergy which is huge!
