If I could give more stars, I'd give them a 1,000! The crew and their manager Brian deserve it. My family recently found that we have a gluten intolerance issue, and navigating that diet change can be a little overwhelming, especially with children. This was the first restaurant we tried after making diet changes. I'll be honest, I was nervous, and my 9 year old was already complaining about our food options. Brian, you made this change incredibly easy! Thank you for your kindness, patience, and willingness to help us navigate through change. Brian went out of his way to make sure our son LOVED his sandwich. I mean it, LOVED! The other employees were also incredibly sweet and seemed happy to be working there. You can tell when a crew is happy, and that happens when they have someone who genuinely cares at the lead. This happened well over 2 months ago, I've been slow to review but have not forgotten about the kindness shown to us at this location. This was also the first time we stepped foot into a Jersey Mike's in at least 5 years. We'll be customers for a long time. I hope corporate sees this, Brian and his crew deserve some recognition!

delicious gluten-free and dairy-free pizza. I'm allergic to Wheat, and I'm intolerant to dairy.
I've ordered multiple times but only got sick once from the dairy. I let them know and they offered to reimburse me and apologized. They weren't sure how it happened and would have liked to see the pizza to investigate but I live far, and had picked up to go. plus I was sick lol but they didn't force me to prove anything. they seemed genuinely concerned.
