Delicious. One dish was better than the next. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff is very nice. They gave us a complementary appetizer, Papadum, chutney, plus dessert. They also have plentiful gluten-free options available, and are very knowledgeable about safety. When we ordered a dish spicy, it actually came with the perfect amount of spice. We can't believe how good the food is at this restaurant. It's unbelievably delicious...fresh ingredients, homemade pasta and even the gluten free pasta was so good, same consistency and flavor as wheat pasta. The tomato-based sauces are flavorful and not overpowered by garlic, as some restaurants tend to do, and all you get is heartburn. The cream sauces are going to make you think you died and went to heaven. You can taste the butter and the real cream. Pizza? We always order one to go when we go for dinner because it's that good. If you're in town, this is definitely a must eat place.

We ordered at Blaze Pizza through Uber Eats for the first time. There was a problem with the order that we couldn't resolve through Uber Eats. Blaze Pizza went above and beyond to make us happy, even having an employee drive to our house with the missing item. I plan to give them more business because of their outstanding effort.
