Nice deli, food was good. We tried it out since it showed they had Gluten-free options. The menu states it's gluten free options are not for Celiac individuals. We had a Celiac person with us. They have baked potatoes, which was a good option for our Celiac individual. I'm just not sure how much cross contamination there is. So overall, it's not the best option if you have Celiacs.
Experience a chill vibe with quick service and a clean atmosphere that makes unwinding after a long day a total breeze.

Best experience! Staff were super fun and friendly which after a full day of work was super refreshing. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and the staff were super aware and prepared my order safely. Changing out gloves using special container of sauce etc. The best part though was at the end when the team member cutting my pizza let me know they used a new clean pizza cutter. Thank you valley west blaze crew for giving this food allergy guy a safe place to eat.
Expect a vibrant assembly-line setup with super fresh ingredients, generous portions, and spot-on flavors that’ll leave you craving more!

Attention Celiacs! A Hidden Gem for Fresh, Gluten-Free Eats
After a trip to Colorado, I was craving the perfect grain bowl—and I stumbled upon this place. Think of it as a guilt-free Chipotle!
I ordered the Fiesta Bowl, and my wife got a similar dish. Everything was fantastic—the portion sizes were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot on. I’m honestly surprised I hadn’t heard of this place before, but I’ll definitely be back!
A lively spot with plenty of games, spacious seating, and a fun atmosphere perfect for parties and gatherings.

First time to Smash Park & rented one of their party game rooms. Our party enjoyed great gluten free appetizers & had lots of fun with all the games & on pickleball court. The staff was friendly, timely, had great recommendations for planning our catering. I would recommend for your next party!
Amazing service and a welcoming vibe make for a great experience, even during busy times—definitely a spot worth checking out!

Went in at evening rush yesterday to order some grilled nuggets. As someone with Celiac, it always makes me a little anxious to go at peak hours due to risk of cross contamination. Manny quickly put me at ease! His fabulous service and personality made my whole day. Thank you, Manny!!
He took the time to quickly check and get answers to a few weird questions I had. He didn’t make me feel bad or like a burden to ask and took time out of his busy day to make sure I got the answers I needed!
The whole team was fabulous as always, Manny just deserves an extra brag!!
Get ready for a lively spot known for its delicious offerings that can get super busy, making it a local favorite!

I like the food but so busy sometimes it's crazy you would believe they are the only place around in the five mile radius anyways I do like the food over priced for sure but good food and the have gluten free options which I would like them to somehow expand on stuck to grilled chicken or a 14 dollar small salad
Huge portions and creative menu items keep everyone coming back for more, plus awesome drinks that hit the spot every time!

I’m gluten free & they were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable on what was safe and what had cross contamination. The GF bun was great!! Everyone was really nice. The Bloody Mary’s are great.
A must have for anyone visiting Des Moines. This is still, by far, the best coffee in town. I love their moka and puns! I also have a gluten allergy so the coffee is the sole reason I come here. They even have some gluten free snacks and oatmeal’s. Awesome staff, owners, and atmosphere.
It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Everytime I’ve gone to this location it’s been a 20+ minute wait in the drive through. Only star is for the gluten free options.
Elevated sports bar vibes with delicious, unique dishes and a lively atmosphere perfect for game day and making new friends.

If you are gluten-free, this is not a good place to go. I met a bunch of friends there for a reunion of sorts. They had picked the restaurant. Items on the menu are very expensive to overpriced. If you’re gluten-free, then you have to add up charges galore. For example, their lunch pizza was on sale for $18.99, but there was a six dollar up charge for a gluten-free crust. My other options were to order an $18 hamburger without a bun, or to order chili or soup which were both gluten-free but the temperature was in the 90s so neither of those options were desirable. Even simple things like nachos and chips and queso. We’re not options because they use flour tortillas.
