A nice hidden byob gem on Main Street in Medford. We love date night at ITA101. My husband and I enjoy going here especially on a fall night. They have heaters outside if you want to sit outdoors. Delicious homemade pasta at this restaurant. Staff is super friendly. Gluten free pasta also available.
Walk into a vibrant spot buzzing with energy, where quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship shine through in every detail.

I have eaten at Johnnys Pies on several occasions since they've opened, several times Dine In and several times Carry Out.
Walking in, the place is hustling and bustling like coming off a NYC street, there's a real positive and high energy as you enter.
We're always greeted by the Mangione Family, Ed and Danielle, and their boys working hard to make your experience great!
Little known fact, they also own Grubr, another fabulous spot for 100% Gluten Free food right down the road - local, organic and seasonally changing - you can tell they brought the same commitment to their new venture, Johnny's Pies!
Ed, owner and Executive Chef really focuses on the ingredients and the science behind cooking. His dough is not like anything you're used to in a state saturated with run of the mill pizza places that all taste alike because they use the same ingredients shipped in from Sysco.
Working with local farmers to bring you the best produce, homemade mozzarella and again, I can't mention it enough, the DOUGH! Crispy, light and delicate - its truly one of the highlights that I find myself thinking about later in the week.
Having worked over 20 years in the restaurant industry and working my way up into upscale/fine dining, I really have an appreciation for his execution in the kitchen. The attention to detail in everything that goes into producing such high quality pizza.
It truly is, All About the Pizza!
It's funny, but I see some of these reviews mentioning the price point of a $20 pizza pie and I'm just confused. Go online and look up what the price of pizza is at any of these local spots that use subpar ingredients and that's exactly how much you're paying!!
Papa Johns charges $18 for a sausage pizza.. Johnny's Pies charges $20 for a sausage pizza, what's the issue? Id rather pay $2 more for the quality, to know that someone put their soul into my food. I honestly would expect it to cost more.
And I think that's a pretty good place to wrap this review up at.. check out Johnny's Pies for yourself to check out soulfully good pizza!
Food and coffee are the best! Would be awesome if they could start to provide gluten free bakery options but I modify my order and itโs always enough food and tastes great!
