If I could give this place one star I definitely will! Awful experience! I found this place on a Gluten Free App. I asked the server some questions about how the food is prepared in the kitchen (to avoid cross contamination) and all she kept saying was “I think..” I asked for the chef so I can order the safer item in the menu and after 5 minutes the server came back saying that the chef is “busy”. Mind you, the place was EMPTY! I got up and left. Will not recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional young lady and staff!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Yesterday I was served by Christine, who cheerfully changed her gloves when she learned that I am gluten free. She prepared my bowl with care and a sweet smile. I am grateful beyond words that I can rely on the staff to provide great service and a safe and enjoyable dining out experience. The food is consistently delicious!

Costa is the best! Lots of really great gluten free options. They have gone above and beyond to make most of the items they sell gf. Only complaint is that this time around the queso was a lot saltier than normal and it had an odd texture. This location was clean and had a good team running the place!

expired food and bad customer service
I ordered a butter burger with cheese and gluten free bread. they gave me a a piece of paper with cheese stuck on it. the bread was also 7 days expired and was dry and hard. when i brought to the managers attention, she argued the sticker on the bread was wrong. then she gave me another bun which was 16 days expired. she made it seemed like throwing cheese on paper was normal. the manager clearly has no customer service skills or any idea how to prepare a burger.
Expect a super attentive team that goes the extra mile to ensure a safe experience with great cleanliness and care.

This place was incredible. The food is delicious, and they didn’t have a dessert on the menu that was gluten and dairy free. The chef specially made one for me. It was delicious, and I appreciated that he went out of his way!
I wish their website explained that the menu changes every night. Maybe it does, but it isn’t somewhere in plain sight. That’s my only suggestion for them.

For those with Celiac disease, make it abundantly clear your limitations, do not feel embarrassed emphasizing your needs. They will do everything they can to make sure your experience exceeds expectations.
You have to be looking for them, as their sign doesn't jump out at you from the street. My favorite thing about Wingstop - They make traditional on the bone wings that are gluten free! Fried chicken that's safe for me to eat. That was very exciting! Their sauces are not my favorite, but they do offer an unusual variety to explore. My family enjoyed their fries, but they are not safe for gluten free. This is not low budget fast food, but if you've got a craving for wings, Wingstop is a winner!
I wish they would fry the fries with the traditional wings and then I could enjoy them too.

Best finer dining place in Flower Mound. Drinks are great, salads are phenomenal, Rustico Salad and Wedge are both amazing! Steak marsala app is really good! The gluten free pizzas are the best in town! And Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes are so so good!

I work upstairs and was so happy to have this little bistro open below! So far I've just stopped in a few times to get a drink in the afternoons - blueberry chiller, strawberry chiller, and a tea. All have been so good. The staff is so kind and has put in a ton of hard work to make this space beautiful. They made an effort to learn my name and chat with me a bit. Such great food. I had the waygu burger and it was so flavorful. I got it without a bun and without cheese to make it gluten free and dairy free. It was such great burger meat. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice. We had a big party and we were really taken care of.
Visited this place for the first time today and wow! We got the gluten free toast and it was so good! Will definitely be back to try the other options.
