We’ve been here twice now and really love the warm ambiance and friendly service—especially Jenn, who took care of us both times and made us feel so welcome. We visited Muchos twice during our Boracay trip, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we had. My fiancée has a gluten allergy, and the team was incredibly accommodating — offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring everything was safely prepared.
Must-try dishes include the Beef & Queso Taco, Pescado (Fish) Taco, Pollo Taco, and the standout Barbacao Rice Bowl with flavorful cilantro rice. The margaritas were excellent too — strong, balanced, and just right for the island vibe.

They offer two types of gluten-free pasta; penne and spaghetti.
We ordered the pesto penne, and it was absolutely delicious, full of sauce and flavour.
We also had their black squid ink seafood risotto, which is also gluten-free. Even though it was a bit overcooked, we really enjoyed it. It had a good amount of seafood.

My partner and I were in Siargao for a couple weeks, and we went to Nanay Fely's more times than I can remember. My partner has a severe gluten allergy as they are celiac, and after informing our server of this, they took our orders really seriously and checked in with us to make sure there was no cross contact and brought out ingredient packages for us to see its ingredients just in case they weren't sure : and they were really kind and accommodating every time we dined in.
Between me and my partner, we most likely had 10 different dishes through the times we'd dined in and eaten at Nanay Fely's, and the food was always fresh, tasted /really/ good, serving size is generous, and their service was excellent. Food takes a little bit of time to come out, because they cooked everything to order. it definitely felt like homestyle cooking instead of everything else we've tried on Tourism road.
The next time we come back to Siargao, we're looking forward to coming back to Nanay Fely's!
