Two friends and I had a lovely Moms Day off brunch here. First time visiting, I’d googled places my friend, who’s celiac, would be able to find good options. We opened the door and were greeted with a smile from the host and the wonderful smells of fresh baked goodies. There wasn’t a wait, but I wouldn’t have minded as I’d have had more time to look through to-go items for sale in the front. Our sever was friendly and prompt. Helped me decide between two things I was interested in, thoroughly assured my friend on what was gluten-free, substitutes to make things so, and our coffees were never empty. I will absolutely be coming back with my family soon.

Excellent pizza, excellent service! This is by far the best Milano’s I have ordered from in Ottawa (and I have ordered from several others). The pizza is delicious and always ready on time for pickup. I have never had to wait a single time I have gone in for pickup and the food is always incredibly fresh and warm. The staff is also very friendly. In my opinion, they have the best gluten-free crust of any I have tried. I am so happy I discovered this location!

Last weekend we had small pizza, steak sub, and 2 salads. The food was hot and fresh. The young man was very pleasant as always. This week I ordered two mediums (1 GF) with two salads. Once again the food was hot and fresh. Gunna demo my pizza right now. This is my go to for steak subs in Ottawa now. Salads are a great value as their freshness means they can be eaten later in th week. Top quality vegatables. The Gluten Free pizzas are also very good. Thanks for remaking the Pizzas! You helped make Easter good again my friend! GM

Ordered on line, within one min I called to change the pizza I ordered from gluten-free to keto and they said it was is in oven. We spend over a 100 for every order and was gonna pay the extra $8 and they wouldn’t budge. Last time we order from them.

This is our new favorite pizza place! The vegan and gluten free option is great for our household, and they have delicious toppings! I will say that there is a bit of inconsistency with the orders, as we have gotten take out several times in the last few weeks. Specifying "well done" on the pizza has had the pizza turn out perfectly crisp to raw dough.... I've tried thin, regular and thick crust and received the same variations on each. It seems to be an issue with when they are busy, pizzas are getting rushed through. If they are slow, they turn out great. So.... They are my favorite middle of the day or week night pizza!
