The choice of ingredients is also of the highest quality, from tomatoes to mozzarella, through cold cuts and very fresh vegetables. Another very appreciable aspect is the wide selection of gluten-free beers, which is far from obvious, alongside non-alcoholic beers and the classic traditional options. An attention that demonstrates a concrete sensitivity towards those with particular dietary needs, without making them feel "different". The place is well-kept, welcoming and the service is attentive, courteous and well-informed about gluten-free options, an element that always makes the difference when dealing with food intolerances or sensitivities. I highly recommend I Dissonanti not only to those who follow a gluten-free diet, but also to those who are simply curious to discover an alternative dough made with skill and passion.
