Really lovely ambience in this restaurant, very good, friendly, professional service from the wait staff, and couldn't fault the food at all. Good gluten free variety and apparently can ask for dairy free cheese too. Will be back!

Only 3 stars… this is why:
Pros:
- kids friendly (kids menu, kids seats)
- drawings/activity sheet whilst waiting for order
- friendly staff particularly with kids, asked if we had any food allergy
- nice music
- kids friendly and reusable plates
However many cons:
- hygiene issue with self service area for salads (uncooked foo). It’s an health hazard, kids and anybody can serve themselves and it’s opened to any body sneezing into the salad (an unwelcome topping), notwithstanding the serving spoons that used by many hands (some probably not very hygienic)
- staff is friendly and welcoming however they missed out an item on our menu and we did eventually get it after noticing this. Customers are left to order via their phone, which in my opinion is very robotic (loosing a bit of personal touch)
- food, was ok but kids’ menus are very tiny so not appropriate for bigger kids only found out after ordering via our phone perhaps if they did offer to take order directly via waiting staff they could have told us this, hence 3 for food and service.
- deco, needs updating roof decor is literally falling apart (view pictures) -hence 3 for atmosphere.
I was glad my kids were not a big fan of the ice cream, again due to hygiene issues.
The sauce of the GOAT pizza was a little too sweet (almost felt like eating a sweet dish rather than a savory dish) but was glad to have tried the gluten free base, it was very nice.
We still had an enjoyable evening but was a bit disappointed, felt like going to a pizza version of a Macdonald, perhaps my view that Pizza Hut was bit more upmarket compared to Macdonald is actually wrong. You pay premium price for product and services as cheap if not cheaper than in a Macdonald.
Cozy, intimate venue with authentic Italian pizzas and tasty gluten-free options for all diners.

We went to the restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Loved the place, the ambiance and the atmosphere. The food is excellent,
I loved the pizza and my wife loved her Salmone pasta. They also catered for my daughter who is dairy and gluten intolerant. Will definitely revisit and highly recommended if you haven’t been there yet.
