I went to the Dothan, Alabama location for the first time

I can honestly say they the only pizza place here with best deals when it comes to carryouts. They definitely the only place with the lowest cost for gluten free pizza for carry out compared to anywhere else and you can redeem a gluten free pizza when you have points. Just use code gfcrust and you can get it. The only thing that isn't consistent is their slicing when it comes to gluten free crust. It never goes all the way through. I think they just need to add more pressure when it comes to that crust but any other pizza they don't have that issue, it's always the gluten free ones that come with no slices all the way through.
BEST cauliflower crust I have EVER had. I can finally enjoy gluten-free pizza. Trust me, I have to because of an allergy…but if this is what it tastes like…I’ve been missing out anyways!
I like they have pizza bowls. You can customize them however you want. They are really good portion size. Some of the bowls and toppings are gluten free too so you need to check which ones are before ordering.
Manager Josh didn’t do good handling me as a customer. When I raised a concern he acted very nonchalant about it and offered no remedy. Not sure if it was a bad day but do better Josh. Not every customer that has an issue is a Butthead. I will say he made the pizza very good minus the missing topping. They forgot to put sausage on my pizza. That makes the pizza for me!😔. The issue was they didn’t have any gluten-free crust so he called and said he can make it into a hand tossed. I said OK. I thought I would be getting a large because all pizza at this time is the same price on the app for up to nine toppings, but I was trying to do less gluten. when I get to the store, I see they are handing me a small box and wondered why they just didn’t make a large pizza. Josh was called to the window and said a small gf is the same price as a small hand tossed so why would I give u a large when u paid for a small. I said on the app all sizes except for extra large are the same price so why wouldn’t I get a large hand tossed.? He said well we don’t have the coupons in store. You tell me how he did.
I was happy to discover they have gluten free pizza here. Not many people know that exist here. I also like that they deliver as well. Even their specials for pizza can be made gluten free.
