Wow, pleasantly surprised by Picazzo! Not gf or celiac but my step-mom is, she brought me here to try it out. Well prepared, fresh flavors and solid technique. Service was quick and unobtrusive. They even had Ween playing on the house music - love it! As a chef / operator / consultant for the foodservice industry, I applaud their creativeness, on-point flavors and execution, cleanliness and large portions. Great job!

This location has the best customer service from all the employees. The whole team went above and beyond and took my gluten allergy seriously. I have been to many other locations and this is the best one.
Excellent gluten free crust. Great texture and taste (we like thin/crispy so this was perfect). Added meat was a bit skimpy, but extra cheese was outstanding. Wish we were in the delivery zone, but will definitely order again!
I ordered a soho pizza salad with a gluten free crust. When they brought it out they told me the crust was gluten free. When I asked why it was thinner I was told that it was their gluten free crust. I can definitely tell you it wasn't. I have eaten here before and it has been fine. Not anymore.

Definitely sign up to receive their emails - I got a coupon for 20% off my entire online order the next day! Their app is easy to use and the pizza tracker keeps you updated from the making, to the baking, to the finished product-even lets you know who is making your pizza! You can also skip the in-store line by tapping the “I’m here” button on your phone once you arrive. The staff was very friendly and greeted me immediately. The store had a very cute little dine-in area and was very clean. Highly recommend!

I haven't ordered a pizza in, probably, a year (since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease).
Today, I think our pizza got delivered within 20 minutes of ordering it. It was cooked perfectly and was so hot and fresh that we had to let it cool before we could eat it.

This was our first time here. Staff was awesome, especially the son who made sure he went out of his way to help me with my big order to the car. It was very expensive and our order was not right. One of our pizza was supposed to be a whole pepperoni but we got a half pepperoni half cheese some how. The reason I gave high ratings was because the service was great, food was yummy and my son who has Celiac Disease loved the gluten-free pizza! Love that it's a family owned restaurant as well!
