If you’re EVER near Denver, this is a must stop. I live in Colorado Springs and have already warned my partner that their gluten free Nutella pizza will be a pregnancy craving in the future we’re def driving for. 😂 They use gluten removed wheat starch from Italy (celiac safe but not safe for a wheat allergy) and separate prep areas and ovens for gluten free orders. Their fried eggplant is also one of the best meals I’ve ever had from a restaurant. They do have vegan cheese options too.

Gluten-free pizza here was delicious. It was sourdough crust and although it wasn’t gluten-free, it was still awesome. My fiancé had the regular pizza and he loved it even though he’s a pizza snob! Would go back, especially since it’s kind of airport friendly close so a nice place to stop before or after you pick up a friend. It’s counter order and stuff was friendly.

I was visiting Denver and seeking a gluten and dairy free option. This is the spot for pizza of that sort. The staff was super friendly and guided me to the best option. The pizza was fantastic, and that's a rarity when it comes to a gluten & dairy free combo. Bravo to them. Highly recommend!
