My husband and I went here for the first time today. Great atmosphere, nice location and tasty food. I’m happy they offer cauliflower crust as I have a gluten allergy. They said they have a separate oven and use separate toppings for people with Celiac Disease. Love this! Our server, Shua, was wonderful. He was friendly, welcoming, professional and accommodating. Thank you!
I called today, 5/24/23 around 3pm to inquire about an egg allergy in the pizza dough. The person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me about "gluten free" products. When I clarified my question was for egg, they were rude and hostile and told me they couldn't tell me about anything besides gluten free. I asked if there was a manager that could assist me, and the person on the phone told me that they were the manager. I then asked for their name and was scoffed at and hung up on. I feel as though not only was this an unnecessary response to my inquiry, but a violation of the ADA Food Code and rights of people with food allergies. I'm not sure if the person was being truthful about being the manager, but training and knowledge is lacking at this location and it seems the safety of their customers is not a priority.
