I wanted this place to be so good. I have Celiac, so I was so looking forward to a good gluten free crust. Maybe if they had cooked it enough that the cheese was melted and the crust wasn’t soggy, it could have been ok…unless you count the fact that I won’t be able to get my rings off tomorrow because my hands are so swollen from the salt content. I ate two pieces because I was starving, but I threw the rest away. For $17 I expect WAY more. This was flat out inedible. I’m sincerely disappointed.

Enjoyed the tasty pizza here at Mello Mushrooms. A lot of menu choices, even gluten free and plant based pizzas which is a plus for me. The service was great, attentive & accommodating. We came here on a Monday for lunch so it wasn't very crowded. The restaurant is quite large, however, the bathroom was closed off due to construction. Ordered the House Special, Holy Shiitake and 1 topping pizza with cheese and pepperoni. Pizzas were flavorful and delicious. I would definitely come back again.
they asked my friend if they could make her gluten free pizza outside little did we know that meant rolling her dough in FLOUR... She threw up in the bathroom 3 times and then when we were leaving we saw a cockroach on the floor. Go dawgs!!

My favorite pizza take out in Athens! Their gluten free crust is good and reasonably priced (and big)!
When you ask for extra cheese, they really load it up! So much cheese it looks like a cartoon pizza- in a good way!
Recently, I got an order and they mixed up my toppings request. They were very apologetic and made me a free extra pizza in just a few minutes.

I ordered online for pickup Sunday night. My pizza was almost done when I arrived all of the employees were attentive and professional (hard to find in young employees these days) and I was in and out in 3 minutes. THANK YOU for having gluten free. Both pizza were cooked to perfection and delicious. Killer is easily my number one choice for pizza now.
My family and I had a delicious lunch with outstanding customer service from Claire and Tyler! Great consideration for those with gluten free diets! We will definitely be back!!
