I have celiac disease, and while I still take a chance of getting cross contamination, I have never been, and I appreciate all they do to try and prevent it from happening. The staff not only wipes everything down, but they will also grab all toppings that are fresh and sealed and clean unused bottles for the sauces.

It's a nice place. A real deal independently owned poorly lit pizza house with nice lamps above every table. It sets a distinctive vibe. They do it at their other locations too. They only serve thincrust. I feel like that's a little anti climactic. Turonis thin crust is the best thin crust, but I do prefer establishments that have hand tossed, deep dish, and a gluten free option. Old Chicago accidentally gave me gluten free crust, the pie was still craft grade. A true curve ball for their still 5 star review. Turronis is solid. I do feel like they could try a little harder on the menu, and annihilate their corporate competitors.
