Beautiful restaurant, efficient and friendly server. It was fantastic that their gluten-free menu offered a wide variety of options. Excellent Chocolate Martini and the Creme Brule was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Experience a chill vibe with quick service and a clean atmosphere that makes unwinding after a long day a total breeze.

Best experience! Staff were super fun and friendly which after a full day of work was super refreshing. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and the staff were super aware and prepared my order safely. Changing out gloves using special container of sauce etc. The best part though was at the end when the team member cutting my pizza let me know they used a new clean pizza cutter. Thank you valley west blaze crew for giving this food allergy guy a safe place to eat.

Was in town for the day. Heard about this NY style pizza. Took the family and the place was great. Owner was super nice and took our order. Made sure my daughter's pizza had no gluten due to her celiacs disease. Definitely will go again and anyone who wants authentic NY style pizza should go!
A spot with a unique crust that's a refreshing change, offering a variety of pizzas and phenomenal service that's highly recommended.

This place was so awful. Not sure how it earned a 4 star review. The worst, absolute worst, gluten free crust I have ever had (celiac)- not worth $25 for a 10in. The “pan” pizza was nothing to write home about either, the crust was bland, not quite what pizza should taste like. 1 10in gluten-free pizza, 1 medium cheese pan pizza, wings and small side salad +tip was $95. There is nothing worse than spending nearly $100 on 100% disappointing food.
You have been warned.
pizza was good and i had the gluten free option. my husband and kids had pepperoni. only down side to this place is depending on what door you come in its not the best greeting per say. we came in the rear door from rear parking (yes its meant for customers to come in) and when you come in its like you in the spot between the bar and people eating. waitress walked by us standing there at least 5 times before we asked to be seated. It was obvious what we were there for!
My boyfriend got the taco pizza (of course) and ordered me a Gluten-free Pizza which was so incredibly delicious! I had planned to eat something at home and now I know I can enjoy Casey's again!
