Came as part of a group of 15. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The service was terrific and surprisingly quick with how many people were in my group and the amount of other customers in the restaurant.
They had both a vegan menu and a gluten-free menu, which was fantastic. I love that there were 3 types of cheese, which is beneficial and most dairy-free cheese to choose from. It also noted that the cauliflower crust was not dairy-free, which most restaurants do not note. The vegan veggie pizza with gluten-free crust follow-your-heart mozzarella cheese was nice and hot when I got it. The crust was thin, which made it crisp but not hard like some gluten-free crust. Because the crust was not hard, it meant I was able to eat all of the crust and not waste the edge like most crust I have eaten.
This is definitely a new favorite.
We dined at Pizza Shoppe for their First Friday buy one specialty king pizza and receive a single-topping king pizza for free. Sign up for their email list to receive the monthly coupon.
Their gluten-free pizza is very good and their cold chopped salad with the "Pink Stuff" cannot be beat.

The pizza was good, no complaints about the taste but the price was pretty ridiculous. I ordered large gluten free pizza, with vegan cheese, arugula, green pepper, mushroom and artichoke and was charged $37. In my opinion the price was absolute outrageous for what I ordered. It should have been at least $10 cheaper. I appreciate the options that were provided but I will not be returning for an almost $40 pizza.
Expect a casual vibe with a variety of pizza options and a tempting gelato selection, making it a fun spot for pizza lovers.

Food is always great but unfortunately prices have skyrocketed. A Mini Mia used to be under $10. Now, a Mini Mia is over $12. Gluten free crust used to be a $1.50 surcharge and now it’s $2.50. Signing up to be part of the spin club used to get you a free Mini Mia but now signing up gets you $5 off your next visit. I get that inflation is a problem but consumers are now seeing corporations get greedy and raise their prices more than necessary. Less than a year ago, a Mini Mia was a little over $10. It’s incredibly disappointing.

I ordered a gluten free pizza due to an allergy, and apparently they manually reenter the orders at this location. Sent me a pizza with original crust, and didn't appear to really care. Why you would offer allergen-friendly food, and then have someone manually override it by entering it into another system is beyond me. I'll stick to the SW Blvd location.
Great vibes and solid pizza options, but the cozy space could use a bit more room for a perfect hangout.

I wish the location on North Oak and Barry was bigger. If it was, atmosphere would get a 5 star. Food at Minskys is always good. Their gluten free pizza crust is good and one of my favorites. I haven't tried their cauliflower gluten free crust option.
Charming spot with a cozy vibe and rave-worthy dishes that keep diners coming back for more. Perfect for a laid-back date night!

Delicious food, great service. It's a very casual atmosphere but very comfortable. They do offer a gluten free penne pasta option. Cheese tortellini with cream sauce was amazing and the cannoli very good. I'm definitely going back!
Crispy crusts and top-notch toppings steal the show here, with a standout selection of tasty wings to boot.

Artegos is a great pizza spot in KC! The restaurant itself is great - full of great art and good service. Tonight I tried the gluten free (GF) pizza since my GF boyfriend was in town. He said he was really good for being GF. It’s pretty small though so if you have a big appetite, keep this in mind! Their original crust is amazing! No pics of that in this review but if you can eat gluten - get that original crust for sure! Artegos wings are also outstanding. Crispy and flavorful! Would always recommend a visit to Artegos if you’re looking for awesome pizza!
Expect delicious tender beef on fantastic sourdough, but be ready for a $3 extra charge for a different bread option.

Brisket melt is amazing! Tender beef, cooked perfectly. The sourdough bread it's served on is also fantastic. My only complaint is that they charge $3 more for gluten free bread, which one person in our party ordered. I do understand an upcharge, but $3 seems excessive.

This pizza sky-rocketed to my top 5 in the city after our first visit. I really dug it. My wife called it her new favorite. Not sure if I can go there, but I'll flirt harmlessly with the idea. Great flavor and amazing prices.
Seriously, for being right off the plaza and super trendy, you'd think you're walking into a hipster wallet trap. But a slice is only around $5 (and a slice is all you need). Lunch (a slice, a salad, and a drink) is less than $8. If I'm going on taste alone, this place gets a great rating. If I'm going on taste and cost compared to my other favorites, Pizza 51 takes it hands down.
Also, my daughter really enjoyed her gluten free pizza. Again, super affordable (around $5) which is unheard of for gluten free.
We've been several times since first trying it just a few weeks ago. We'll be back as often as we can.
A group of us decided to order pizza for our break at work last night. One of the group has ciliac disease and must have gluten free so I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza for him. I told the person taking the order that I was ordering the cauliflower pizza for someone that had a gluten allergy. There was something wrong with the pizza because he became very ill later that night and was still extremely ill the day after. My friend (I hope he remains my friend) had to go home from work and loose a day of overtime pay due to this. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and dont recommend anyone with a gluten allergy ever eat here.
Had a little oops at the gas pump. The manager was genuinely very apologetic. She even introduced me to their new gluten free cauliflower crust pizza, which was amazing. Will definitely be back.
Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Service was great. And it’s pretty affordable to boot. Check this place out, they’re definitely gonna be on my rotation of places to hit up on the regular.
With fresh flavors and a super clean vibe, this spot is a must-visit for a tasty experience and top-notch service!

This is the best godfather’s in the land. The food was so fresh and yummy. Some of the other godfathers’ locations make the pizza seem more salty. It’s so good. And this location has gluten free crust. It’s vegan too! But the service! The service makes it so worth driving here from Overland Park. The manager was so nice and the gentleman at the counter was also very nice. The whole place was very clean. We will for sure be back!! 12/10
Inexpensive Buffet Style Pizza.
It's a great place for an easy lunch or dinner for your hungry crowd. There are lots of options to choose from including salad bar, pasta, pizza, dessert pizza, cinnamon rolls and ice cream.
They always ask for your favorite pizza when you arrive and then bring you a few pieces before it's set out on the buffet. And for the "gluten free" folks, they will cook you a "crustless" pizza, which is always nice.
The Pizzas were prepared quickly and served hot. The absolute best place to get a Gluten-Free pizza without having to pay up charges, thank you!

Is the pizza awesome? Yes.
Is the staff usually stoned? Also yes.
Is that a problem?
Listen. I'm old enough to know that the professional-level pizza artist needs to be loose. They need to be chill.
Pizza can feel when you're stressed (it's the gluten-molecules in the crust). So it's actually beneficial for a pizza artist to dab up before a shift.
