Sal's is a favorite in our house. I am newly diagnosed with celiac disease and have challenges on pizza night. I have just been eating salads, but tonight I noticed the gluten free pizza. It was not as good as a normal pizza, the edges were hard and the middle was very soft, but it tasted pretty good. You can see it had a baking tray and even came with a gluten free pizza cutter.

Excellent people, food, & service. Make this a top spot to stop in! Perfect dough, great gluten network formed can tell by the air in the crust & the great flavor development. Sauce is perfect as it should be with basil & the cheese is quality mozzarella. You need this pie in your life. This is a pie that makes you feel good & not heavy.
