A great build your own pizza restaurant that offers an extensive variety of toppings and 5 types of crust including gluten free, cauliflower and keto. The way it works is you pick your crust and then you have the option to add as many toppings as you like. Your pizza is then baked for you in about 5 minutes. I have been to similar pics restaurants, but I find Blaze to be the best I've tried so far, mainly for the topping selection and price. This location also offers outdoor seating. I find that the main drawback to this location is that it is always very noisy in the dining room. The service had been quick and friendly when I visited. I will return here again.
Upstairs can get a bit chilly, but the lively atmosphere and prompt service make it a great spot for groups and families.

They took our group of 20 elementary school kids and 6 adults without a reservation. The food came incredibly fast, tasted good and the waitress was amazing. She worked around the kids, gluten intolerance, and food allergies like a pro
I ordered a canzone and a gluten free pizza for take out on restaurants website. When I made it home, I realized the pizza was not made gluten free (there is a significant difference in the crust). I called and after a 15 minute hold, I was told it would be refunded. At this point I have been refunded $1.50 for a $23 individual size gluten free pizza. Unfortunately, I cannot dispute the order on the restaurant website any longer.
Nice place to get a hearty meal or a light one. They’ve got salads, pizzas, wings, and calzones. They’ve got stuff for vegetarians and for people who’ve got gluten allergies, too. Definitely a place worth trying out.
Known for its delicious hand-tossed pizza, this spot impresses with unexpected cauliflower crust options that win over even accidental orders.

Have been enjoying this pizza for about a year after a friend recommended it. I have been meaning to leave a review & when I accidentally ordered a pizza with cauliflower crust tonight I made a point to do it! The pizza with a hand tossed crust is always delicious & my accidental order of the cauliflower crust made me confident that if I became gluten free I could still be happy.
I love this spot. I always get "build your own" option, and sometimes the gluten free crust. their sauces and toppings are on point and they offer a military discount.
Great service and tasty pizzas in a cozy spot, but watch out for the noisy acoustics and limited wine options by the glass.

Christian offered us excellent service, checking on us regularly. We were only in for a short time, but Christian ensured we had drinks, plates, and anything else we needed before our pizzas even arrived. After eating, we received boxes and our check in a very timely manner.
Our pizzas were delicious. The meat lovers was well covered in toppings and the dough looked chewy, but not too thick, so still tender. I had the gluten free crust with the pesto toppings, which was well topped and delicious.
The gluten free crust was very good. I am not Celiac's and have an intolerance that is diagnosed, but not as severe. So far, I feel just fine. There is a risk as the oven is shared, so be mindful if you have a concern.
I was a little disappointed that chianti is the only red offered by the glass, hence the star reduction. It's possible that this location doesn't move a lot of wine and it is more cost effective to only have the one bottle by the glass - but I'm used to a more metropolitan experience with options.
Unfortunately, this is another restaurant with a single dining room and many hard surfaces that affect acoustics. It's a common enough issue that I only took off a star, but curtains, decorative fabric panels, and acoustic panels above might help that.
