Some locations use a shared frier, but I’ve never had issues at this location with fries. Great gourmet wood fired pizza. We had the gluten free pizza dough, a $5 upgrade. We split the "Cane Rosso" option along with the Caprise Salad and one of thier fruity mules. It was all delicious and fresh and just the right amount for an evening meal for 2. We chose to sit outside because it was so noisy inside. It was very pleasant.

Zalat is amazing and this location, especially so. We love their pizza so much we asked them to cater our wedding reception! The big day was last weekend. I was so, so impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness Gus showed us while helping me coordinate the food for this event. Zalat and Gus went above and beyond to make our day special and we'll remember it always! Everyone _raved_ about the pizza and we had delicious leftovers too! Zalat even has gluten free and vegan options (and even asked how our vegan attendees felt about honey). Thank you for being so accommodating, responsive, and friendly!!
