Just as wonderful as its sister hotel - the Duke of Brunswick - in the city. Bit of a different atmosphere… fresher, perhaps. Great choice of food, all gluten free. Big serves. Lovely gluten free beer. No oat milk in the coffee machines, therefore safe for the really sensitive Coeliacs (me included).

I like eating there because they offer gluten-free options. I had the Breakfast Canada menu and also ordered a chocolate milkshake, which I thought was really good, although it would have been nicer if they had filled more the glass. I like the pancakes. I would appreciate it more if they added two eggs and less bacon, because I think it's too much bacon. I prefer eggs. They're healthier. Furthermore, I didn’t like that they placed the food on top of the pancakes. I had to separate everything, because in my opinion, the pancake base should be served on its own that way I can add the honey.

They do really good burgers and loaded fries, and their gluten free buns are good enough not to detract from the experience. I also love the daily dine-in specials, they really give some great options to make different days feel distinct (personally we like Mondays).
