I dine in and order take out from here religiously. The food is consistently really good and they are so extremely careful with allergies. I have celiac disease and I never worry about eating here. The staff are always kind and helpful. My take out orders always arrive hot and well packaged. I really appreciate this business and all their efforts to be truly gluten free. I’ve turned many friends on to this place.. it’s everyone’s favourite spot. Love Van Son 🙌

Came here for brunch with the wife and as two people with serious allergies(gluten and dairy )dinning out can be very hard. But our server jade was so accommodating and recommended great food and drinks that we loved. The food and drinks came out very quick and were tasty. Very professional and friendly environment. Good cooks but props to our server. We will be coming back as she made our experience worth the drive to this location
Experience a delightful blend of fine dining and neighborhood charm, with exceptional dishes and a vibrant atmosphere that'll keep you coming back.

Looking for chicken that slaps you in the face and says “DAMN, that’s a good sandwich”? Look no more. Most of this restaurant is gluten free too. Delicious. Tasty. Vibrant. Can I say more? Also, the fries. Mmmm. Please go here.

The food was amazing! I was craving pad Thai and decided to come here on a whim.
It’s decorated beautifully and the service was outstanding. I have to be careful about gluten, but they had a good amount of options for gluten free.
I got calamari, crying tiger and coconut ice cream.
We also shared pad Thai and the papaya salad.
I could never find a place that makes it better than my mom. I will say it was just as good.
All in all, it became one of my favourite places. Can’t wait to come back.

Yep I love this place and I love the Gluten Friendly crust. They do let you know up front that there is a chance of cross contamination. In the last 4 years I’ve never had an issue
Authentic tacos with five homemade salsas and potent margaritas make this gem a must-try, even if the atmosphere is a bit basic.

Really delicious tacos at a great price, I’m celiac and felt very safe eating here. Everything was gluten free. These tacos were on par with the ones I’ve had in Mexico City. Lovely service as well, would recommend!
Chill vibes, comfy outdoor seating with great views, and a fun selection of board games make this spot a perfect hangout!

Was excited to try this place while floating down the river, but it was a major letdown. Cold sausage roll in plastic wrap,(who does that?!), should be kept in a warmer oven. Ordered a gluten free roll, was supposed to be cheese but had pepperoni which wasn’t any good for a vegetarian. I’ll be looking forward to some competition for this place.
An anniversary night turned unforgettable with great service and a lively atmosphere, even with a little fire alarm distraction!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! We came with friends for dinner. We had a reservation, had to wait about 15 minutes since it was a busy Saturday evening. BUT we sat down and the manager immediately came by to offer us two complimentary appetizers to apologize for the wait! Food was great, service fantastic! And we had celiac and food allergies that were taken extremely seriously! Cannot say enough about how good it was!
Savor mouthwatering burgers with unique options and a vibe that makes every visit a tasty delight.

The small size of this restaurant gives it somewhat of a familiar and quiet atmosphere, making it a lovely place to go out to. The entrees are always delicious and the wine selection is excellent. And despite all the pasta dishes, my wife with celiac disease can eat there no problem as many of the dishes are gluten free.
A cute spot with a vibrant atmosphere, praised for its tasty brunch and fresh offerings, making it a popular choice for a delightful meal.

Ordered "The Main" burger and it was delicious although the bun reminded me of a gluten free bun (not the best taste). The basic fries thoigh that come with the burger, pure bliss, especially when paired with the dill sauce. We also ordered the same fries, but as a poutine and it was fantastic! The portion size for the burger and fries was great too. At $19, I'd say it's one of the less expensive restaurant options.
Service was fantastic, but I did go on a slower evening. Our server was quick to bring us food and accommodated vegetarian substitutions.
The atmosphere was nice and quiet given a less busy evening. The only thing I didn't enjoy was once the flames game started, all the tva were switched over. I'd understand if it was a full house and flames fans were packing the restaurant, but more than 75% empty at the time, the staff could have left a few televisions playing other sports.
Spacious and stylish, this restaurant in the University District offers quick service and a vibrant atmosphere for a brunch to remember.

So tasty and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service was quick and the food was amazing. Very good at accommodating allergies as well. Got the Bulgogi Beef Benny with a gluten free English muffin - would highly recommend.
Consistently great food here. The family loves it. We have two kids with significant food allergies, including a celiac, and there's delicious menu options for all! Don’t rely on the Yelp reviews for this place.
Expect a stylish venue with a spacious patio and a fresh menu, though be ready for smaller portions and occasionally loud music.

No flavour - very expensive for quality of food. Skip this one for sure. Did not have a steak sandwich, even though advertised on menu. For a restaurant claiming to have a Grill, should have a steak sandwich. Gluten free pizza was terrible - very grainy, flavourless pizza. Toppings were almost non-existent. Will not return. Three people for basic lunch - over $100. That includes only one alcholic drink, one appetizer shared by three people, two sandwiches & one small GF pizza. Very sad.

Jenna was incredible. Tequila was incredible. I’m celiac and before we were sat at our table they did an allergy check and brought out Gluten free chips which were…you guessed it - incredible. Great vibes for a great night. Can’t wait to be back.

My order was for p/u. Once home, I discovered that they didn't have a container big enough to fit their "Big Choc. Cake". So they de-constructed it, basically removed the top portion, then flipped it upside down next to the bottom half in said container. So now, the top half, which had all the icing, was now upside down, all the icing was smooshed into the bottom of said container. Was not pleased, especially since it cost me $15!!! Other than that, the food is delicious. My wife is Celiac(gluten allergy) and JP is one of the few places she can safely eat. So that is also a +!
Delicious pizza, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful owners make this spot a must-visit for a fun meal experience.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. Chinese food is good, but not for those with celiac despite items advertised as gluten free.
Food was great, but as a person with celiac it made me very sick.

Such a great night! I wish I could remember our waitresses name but she was so wonderful with ensuring my allergies to Gluten and Dairy were not something I had to worry about. She checked in very frequently on how I was doing and making sure I knew what I could and could not eat.

I had a fantastic experience dining at the Landing Student Dining Center. Their extensive menu options cater to a variety of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dietary-free, and vegetarian choices. Additionally, their commitment to accessibility, with wheelchair-accessible facilities, is commendable. It's a place that truly values inclusivity and offers a delightful dining experience for everyone.

Our team at the Faculty of Nursing contacted Elisa about catering breakfast, snacks, and lunch for a 65 person event on campus. The faculty had a good outcome with previous events catered by them so we opted to use them for this larger multi-meal event. Our attendee numbers shifted as we led up to event. This Good Earth Coffeehouse team was quick to respond to our communications and were flexible and accommodating, especially as we approached the mid-60's for attendees (we expected 50 people originally). They were also reassuring regarding their accommodation for our guests with dietary restrictions. This gave additional confidence in their delivery for the event.
On the day of the event, Max and Serhii arrived at their pre-determine to set up the coffee/tea station and breakfast. They provided clearly labelled (names and dietary restrictions) for our attendees with special diets, myself being one of them. They were kind, professional, and prepared. Max and Serhii were a hard working crew, swift in their set up and teardown of the food/coffee/tea stations.
We are grateful to this team for their contributions in a seamless planning, delivery, and deliciously catered (and safe for dietary needs) 65-person event. We highly recommend them for large and small catered events.
I added photos of our attendees enjoying the event, satisfied with coffee, food, and knowledge (I did not take photos of the food set-up unfortunately). I added a picture of the special diet labels on my breakfast bar (so tasty!) and salad, which was inside this labelled bag. As a Celiac, it is such a relief to have clear communication and labelling on food items.
Delicious as always...a consistent favourite. You cannot beat a five guys, they burgers are always fresh and delicious and their fries are hands down the best fast food fries. If you are vegan and gluten intolerant ask for their veggie sandwich as a salad!
I got the Gluten Free Honey Cake, which tastes and smells like it has been in the fridge for too long! Disgusting! Just don't sell it if you can't sell it!
Always a great meal with great service. Super friendly family owned restaurant. They have gluten free for several items.

Have loved Winebar for years! It's one of the best date spots in the city in my opinion and has never been anything but a good time with great staff. I wish they would have a gluten free cracker or crostini to go with the meats and cheeses but that's not a hill I'm willing to die on in terms of a five star review because what they DO serve never disappoints. Cheers!

♿️ there is a 5 cm rounded step into the store, which may be a challenge for some power wheelchairs as there is not a lot of room to maneuver just inside the door. It's a small place, only three or four tables.
While the printed menu has English on it, the TV screens on the wall have a lot of Chinese on them and I wonder if something is lost in translation.
We ordered the pulled pork Chinese "burger", which came between slices of a small round unleavened flatbread, similar in size to an English muffin and with a texture more like a pita. That was pretty tasty, but not enough for a meal by itself.
We also ordered Seitan salad without really knowing what it is. Turns out it is a glutenous protein and you got little strips of it. Not a very strong flavour and quite light to eat.
We also ordered noodles, which are very long, and apparently hand pulled, though, of course, rather plain tasting, unless you add some of the chilli sauce – in which case, watch out!
All in all, a pleasant meal, and a nice discovery in my neighbourhood. Much more interesting than the fare next-door at the A&W!

Unfortunately, I would love to give more stars to this place, but it can be hit or miss. Always a HIT for the food and drink specials. It would be great to see a wider selection of craft beers and ciders (for those who cannot have wheat/gluten). Sometimes a MISS when it comes to service. In general the servers have been friendly and kind, however 50% of the time, it may be slow. We usually go outside peak times to get a faster service. The decor is nice and more updated, lighting is dim and plenty of screens to watch from any angle in the restaurant - BIG plus!
